You you you begin by reminding yourself of all the parts of you that already fully embody the element of fire the furnace in every cell that powers and fuels your life and bring your attention to the sense of a spark the first ignition of fire of flint against flint the way your eyes sparkle when you find a new joy the hum of sensation on your skin the tiny electrical beat of the inner workings of your heart and then let the sense of that fire spread and grow as fires do let it become like the steady glowing heat of a well-made fire the reliable heat of the sun that shines on and on offering its warmths to every corner to everything it touches without discrimination and then finally let your awareness drop into the glowing embers of an old fire that still grow and still offer warmth that still sparkle with light even as the fire begins to fade away let yourself feel where those embers glow on and on inside of you always ready to be reignited and for a few moments before the music fades away let yourself be warmed by whatever quality of fire you need right now to fuel the rest of your day you
