Earth - for moments when you need to feel grounded. When you need to rely on yourself and your own solidity. For moments when you need to be reminded that you are of the earth and held by the earth. The Embody The Elements series is comprised of short poetic meditation journeys to remind you that you are part of nature. These meditations are for times when you need to draw something of the elements into your life. Perhaps for times when you feel you don’t have enough or when you need to make peace with the abundance that you have.

You Begin by reminding yourself of the solid form of your body knowing with certainty That your body is already fully grounded fully at one with the earth Become aware of the solid structures that hold you The strength and the reliability of your own bones of the ground beneath you of the strength that you have to hold and be held of the strength that you have to persevere through whatever circumstances you find yourself in sink deep into the depths of your bones mirror the depths of the earth from the places that store minerals and vitamins and produce new blood cells know that you have everything you need everything you need to rely on yourself blue And finally become aware of the earth in your body as the soft and yielding coat of flesh The life giving,

Life holding cover is like the soft spring earth It can be both solid and yielding at the same time And so for a few moments until the music fades Let yourself be with whatever quality of earth you need right now Let yourself know that whatever you need is answered.
