Theresa is a yoga, pranayama and meditation teacher, kirtan harmonium player and singer and a qualified sound healer. Theresa has lived in ashrams and trained with teachers in the UK, USA, India and Australia. She teaches individuals, groups and corporate clients and runs workshops and spiritual retreats in the UK and abroad. Theresa discovered yoga after working in stressful corporate environments, and after being diagnosed with a thyroid condition which forced her to slow down! As a passionate advocate of the value of pranayama, mantra and meditation, she enjoys sharing these ancient practices in her classes and retreats.
