Change can be challenging whether the transition is major like a bereavement, a job loss, a breakup, or whether it’s a change to your routine, a new place to stay perhaps, a new job, or meeting new people. Whether the transition is big or small for many of us it can make us feel ungrounded, anxious, and apprehensive.
