The world outside can be swirly,
Demanding.
It can cause us so much uncertainty and pain.
For this moment,
We're gonna let it all be okay.
Wherever you are,
Whatever your posture,
Make the intention to turn away from what is outside.
Outside of your control,
Outside of your body and go in.
Go in with the breath.
When life is uncertain,
When life is out of our control,
We often forget that we have this presence with us and in us every moment of every day.
And it is our breath.
This pulling in of what we need to live.
This letting go of what we don't want to hold on to anymore.
Breathe in surrender and let it go.
When things get hard or uncertain,
Agree to breathe and not know.
It's okay to not know what to do,
How to handle this.
It can even be a relief to say,
I don't know.
So name it and then be with your breath.
That thing that is present with you all of the time.
So when we agree to say,
I don't know,
What we are also doing is agreeing to listen,
To be open.
What are the whispers,
The coincidences,
The nudges,
Either from our own bodies or spirits or from that world.
So it's okay to not know.
Because in that space we can choose to listen to the quiet,
To trust our breath,
To teach us how to pull in what we need and how to let go of what we don't.
Trust your breath.
Trust it as a guide teaching you that dance between giving and receiving and being in the present moment.
Even if you don't know,
You are okay.
You've got this.
