The stakes feel so high right now--both internationally and individually. This can cause us to feel paralyzed and exhausted. This meditation invites us to just begin. To do what we can right now to live light and shine.

Thank you. I spoke with you two years ago when my husband was dying, you were very kind he did pass. I had to leave the place where I lived all my possessions my friends to begin again where I met an older gentleman who help show me around to the places that I would need to know the things that I needed to do so we enjoyed our company for two years we helped each other in different waysand he just passed. It seems so unbelievable that I just ran across you tonight. It was good listening to you thank you.

Another rich meditation. Being authentic is my default mode but trying to find the balance so that I don’t hurt others. So much to do. Thank you for the reminder that life is a process. Thank you for sharing. 💕
