Visualisation is an excellent way to quickly get your body and mind into a relaxed state. This track is only 6 minutes long, and so is perfect for anyone who is having a stressful day, but only has a few minutes to relax. I hope you enjoy it, Namaste.

Close your eyes and take a long deep breath in through your nose and slowly breathe out take another long slow deep breath in through your nose and breathe out picture yourself sitting on a beautiful deserted beach,

You're set comfortably with your legs crossed and your back straight,

Your body softly sinking into the pristine white sand beneath you.

There's nobody else around you,

This is your space,

This is your time.

Now imagine the cool sea breeze on your skin and on your face,

Breathe in deeply and feel the beautiful clean sea air through your lungs and feel how it flows throughout your body.

Make a long breath out and as you do allow yourself to sigh it loudly,

Feel yourself releasing all the worries and tensions of your day.

Take another long deep breath in and imagine how you're breathing in peace,

Calm,

Serenity and breathe out with a sigh releasing all your worries.

Notice the sound and the rhythm of the waves as they slowly rise and then gently crash onto the beach.

Let that sound wash all over you as if the ocean itself is cleansing your whole body.

Match the rhythm of your breath with the rhythm of the ocean,

Breathing deeply as the waves rise and then make a long breath out as the waves crash onto the beach.

Just continue to breathe like this in perfect synchronicity with the movement of the ocean.

Look up at the beautiful blue sky above you and notice how the soft white clouds just slowly drift past.

If any thoughts come into your mind,

Imagine them as clouds in the sky and just allow them to drift away.

Continue to breathe deeply through to the end of this meditation,

Feeling the rise and fall of your chest match the rise and fall of the waves.

Now slowly start to bring yourself back.

Notice once more the weight of your body.

Move your head gently from side to side.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and when you're ready open your eyes.

Namaste.

Perfect! Informative but not too verbose, the speech speed is neither too fast nor too slow, the BGM just fits the scene.
