Beautiful soul.
I am Paul and I'm so grateful that you've chosen me to be your guide this morning.
Gratitude is perhaps the most powerful tool that we have available to us to raise our vibration and to inject positivity into our day.
Just being regularly reminded of the many things in our lives that we have to be grateful for,
This can literally change the course of our day and over the course of time,
Our lives.
In the mornings,
In those moments as we come out of sleep and into full awareness,
Our minds tend to play tricks on us.
Maybe we immediately drop into the negative questioning decisions we've made,
Or thinking about the negative side of situations that have played out recently.
The mind knows we're at our most vulnerable,
And so it takes advantage.
By spending just five minutes each morning in gratitude,
While we're still waking up,
And before we've even got out of bed,
You will bring yourself into your day in a positive rather than a negative or even neutral state of mind.
Use this practice every day for the next month,
And notice how your mood and your vibration changes,
And how positivity starts to flow into your days and into your life.
I promise you,
It's so powerful.
And so now,
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable in your bed,
And take a few slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose and out of your mouth.

Thank you for the sun that rises every morning and breathes life into each new day.
Thank you for the air that I breathe.
Thank you for this brand new day and the opportunities it presents to me.
Thank you for the comfort and the warmth that I feel in this bed.
Thank you for this roof over my head that keeps me safe and secure.
Thank you for the rest that my body and my mind have received while I've slept.
Thank you for my amazing subconscious and my ability to dream beautiful dreams while I rest.
Thank you for the sounds of the world that are emerging outside as this new day begins.
Thank you for my shower and for how it will energize me for the day ahead.
Thank you for the food I will eat this morning that will fuel my body and my mind.
Thank you for the music I'll listen to today,
Music that might connect me to a memory or may just simply make me smile.
Thank you for the weather outside and how whether rain or shine it always makes every day just a little different.
Thank you for the clothes I'll wear today and for the part that they play in making me,
Me.
Thank you for my work,
For what I contribute to the world every day and for the financial freedom that it brings me.
Thank you for the technology that allows me to stay connected and informed.
Thank you for transport and for the ability for me to easily get to where I need to go.
Thank you for the love of my friends and family that I'll connect with today and always.
Thank you for my amazing body,
My limbs and my organs,
All of them functioning together in perfect harmony.
Thank you for my brilliant mind and its ability to think,
To calculate,
To remember and to plan my life.
Thank you for all of my senses,
All of them combining to bring this beautiful and exciting world to life for me.
Thank you for my free will and for my determination and ability to overcome whatever challenges today might bring.
And thank you for my uniqueness in this world and the fact that my day today will be different and unique from everybody else's on the planet.
