I am Paul and I'm so grateful you've chosen me to be your guide today.
In these challenging times,
It's more important than ever to take time to reflect on the positive aspects of our lives.
By deliberately and consistently bringing positive thoughts into our minds,
We raise our energy to face the challenges in our lives and feel more at peace with our place in the universe.
So take a moment to make yourself comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
Silence your phone,
Close your eyes and take several long,
Slow deep breaths in and out,
Feeling your body and your mind start to relax.
In this time of isolation,
With an overload of information all around me,
I choose to use the time to slow down,
To look inwards and to reconnect with myself.
More than ever before,
I understand that where I am in my journey right now is just exactly where the universe intends for me to be.
I choose to take time now to gently detach from people and activities that I know are not aligned with my path and my purpose.
I do this with intention but also with love.
Embracing this newfound stillness,
I begin to visualise different versions of my future.
All are possible and all are beautiful.
Putting my trust in the universe to guide me,
I begin to manifest opportunities that were previously unimaginable.
Every day I look upon the world and my life with fresh perspective and with a childlike excitement.
Held safely by source,
I have the free will to follow any path that I choose.
I have a new appreciation for how every relationship and every connection in my life teaches me something new.
They all strengthen me and help me to grow.
I know that the universe is providing me signs and guidance all the time and as I slow down,
I allow myself to be more and more open to recognise these signs in my daily life.
I choose to allow no judgement from others on how I spend my time in isolation.
This time is unique and it is beautiful.
It is powerful and it is healing.
There is no selfishness in using this time to heal.
As I take time to reflect on my journey,
I can see now how every decision and every choice that I made in the past was perfect and necessary to allow me to arrive at this point.
I look back on my past with love but I choose now to let it go and to step boldly forward onto my new path.
Every moment that I spend in reflection,
I appreciate more and more that I am connected to more than just my humanness and my human story.
That I am connected with the energy of the divine.
As I slow down,
Breathe and listen,
I can begin to feel that energy around me and within me.
It is with me at all times.
There is a strength that I feel when I stop living my life how others wish me to be,
However good their intentions are.
My power to change comes from living every day as myself from a place of truth.
Recognising and sharing my gifts with the world starts by loving myself wholly and completely.
Every day I trust more and more that the universe knows the purpose and value of my lifetime.
I trust that the instincts I feel deep inside me are the universe guiding me and I know with certainty that if I trust my instincts,
Everything will be well.
I realise now that I have never matched the mould that I have been trying to fit myself into for so long.
I know now that it is beautiful how my life spills out over the edges and flows into an endless sea of opportunity.
I appreciate for the first time how much less I need in my life to be happy.
Spending time in reflection I see how much I have grown,
In small ways and in big ways and I feel pride in what I have achieved.
People enter and leave my life at exactly the right time to teach me lessons that I never knew I needed to learn.
Just one beautiful simple new connection can change the course of my life.
The universe only pushes me towards challenges and opportunities that it knows I have the capacity to handle.
I have more strength than I think I have.
My beliefs,
My values and my gifts are sacred because they are unique and personal to me.
Not everyone will understand them,
Not everyone will agree with them but for those that do I know I can bring magic to their lives.
My life is not headed to one single destination and there is no one single purpose for my time here on earth.
Every day that I am alive I make a difference to the world in some way,
Sometimes big,
Sometimes small but always valuable.
My life is not a performance for anybody else,
My truth and my path are mine alone and there is no need to justify,
Explain or pretend to anyone else.
When people misunderstand or judge my decisions I do not judge them back but instead send them love and understanding to each and every one of them.
I am never truly alone,
The universe is always with me.
Not everything starts or finishes in the way I might expect,
Not everything can be planned but the magic begins when the unexpected happens.
And so every day I will continue to strive to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday.
