The first light of the sun peeks over the horizon,
Warming your face and gradually chasing away the night's chill.
As the sunlight spreads,
You begin to feel lighter,
As though the warmth itself is lifting you.
There's a soft,
Buoyant sensation beneath your feet,
Like you could float with ease.
With a gentle push of your toes,
You begin to rise,
Leaving the ground behind.
You float effortlessly upward,
Feeling the cool,
Crisp air brushing against your skin.
The weight of the world fades away,
And you're free to drift higher,
Surrounded by the fresh scent of flowers and the open sky.
Soon,
Soft,
Billowing clouds surround you.
They are light and fluffy,
Like giant pillows inviting you to rest.
You reach out and feel their cooling mist against your fingertips as you glide over them.
The sensation is both comforting and exhilarating,
As if the clouds are embracing you in their softness.
You roll onto your back and float across the top of the clouds,
Feeling the gentle,
Cool breeze guiding you.
Trails of mist swirl from your feet as you glide effortlessly over a sea of white.

The sky is a vibrant blue,
And the sun casts a soft,
Golden glow on the clouds around you.
Take a moment to breathe in deeply.
The air is clean and refreshing up here.

Holding the breath for a moment,
Then exhale,
Releasing any remaining tension in your body.
You feel your heart slowing as you settle into the center of your chest.
As you continue to float,
The wind carries you like a gentle current,
Guiding you across the sky.
You drift on a doughnut-shaped cloud,
Letting it cradle you like a boat on a calm,
Lazy river.

Sunlight filters through the clouds in delicate beams,

You notice how the clouds shift and change around you,
Their shapes evolving and flowing like a living masterpiece painted across the sky.
Allow yourself to get lost in this mesmerizing dance of light and form.
Now,
Let's focus on your breath again.
Inhale deeply,
Letting the cool air fill your lungs.
Hold it for a moment,
Then exhale slowly,
Feeling any remaining tension slip away with each breath.
Clouds wrap around you like a soft,
Warm blanket,
Freshly pulled from the dryer.
You are safe,
Secure,
And at peace,
Completely weightless and free in this tranquil sky.
You pause for a moment,
Guiding your cloud to a stop and look below.
Far below you see a shimmering lake,
Its surface calm and still,
Perfectly mirroring the sky.
As you gently descend towards the lake,
The air cools slightly and you feel the soft breeze rush past you.
Hovering just above the water,
You notice the gentle ripples on the surface,
Stirred by the breeze.
The water is crystal clear,
Reflecting the clouds and sky above like a mirror.
You feel a deep sense of connection to the natural world around you,
As if you're a part of this peaceful landscape.
Take a slow,
Deep breath,
Filling your lungs with the crisp,
Fresh air,
And hold it for a moment,
Then let it out,
Feeling a wave of calm wash over you.
Now,
You are safe,
Secure,
And at peace,
Completely weightless and free in this tranquil sky.
Begin your gentle ascent back into the sky,
Rising slowly and effortlessly through the soft clouds.
The mist cools your skin as you climb higher,
And you feel light and refreshed once more.
Time slows as you drift back toward the hilltop where you began.
The world below gradually comes back into view,
Though it feels different now,
More peaceful,
More serene.
You land softly,
Your heart filled with gratitude for this quiet journey through the sky.
This sanctuary,
This peaceful place,
Is always here for you,
A safe retreat you can return to whenever you need to find calm.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present.
Move your fingers and toes,
Stretch your body if you need to,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
