Close your eyes and immerse yourself in this one-hour wander through nature. The door of your cabin opens and you step into the tranquillity of the forest. The warmth of the sun on your skin awaits you, and you have birds for company too. Feel the soft, mossy earth underfoot, a floral citrusy aroma in the air. With the sounds of crunches and rustles from the embers of fallen leaves, and a gentle stream flowing nearby. When a brief rain shower arrives, you take shelter beneath the foliage of an ancient tree. A rumble of thunder somewhere far away. When it passes, a herbally earthy scent lingers. Through the trees you spy the rich, deep, colours of the sea. Endless shades from turquoise blue to emerald green. The sun sparkles and dances on the glassy surface, and a lip of white pinkish sand hugs and skirts the edge. A gentle tide laps in and out, inviting you in for a wade in the refreshing water. When feeling deeply relaxed you return to your cabin for a peaceful night’s sleep.
