Breathing in,
Letting go.
For the next five minutes,
This will be a grounding meditation.
Breathing in,
Strengthening your roots,
Connecting and re-earthing yourself.
Growing tall like a tree.
I ask you to find a spot to settle your mind and to tune in to your intuition as you breathe in.
Letting go of the day,
Letting go of thoughts,
Feelings.
As thoughts arrive,
Watch them as they pass by.
Breathing in,
Imagining your legs,
Growing roots into the earth.
Deep,
Deep below the soil,
Connecting in to nature.
My roots are growing deep.
I am grounded.
As I breathe in,
My breath is slow.
I am connected with nature,
With myself.
My roots are strong and my awareness is very strong.
I am growing strength in my own self,
In my own awareness.
I am aware of my actions and my intentions.
Before making any decisions,
I ground myself and I stand in my roots,
In my presence,
In my strength,
In my heart.
And in my intuition.
My roots are deep under the ground.
And though I may sway at times with the winds,
I occasionally may lose some leaves,
Some branches.
I stand strong.
I am strong.
I am powerful.
I hold much wisdom.
I watch the thoughts as they come and go,
Like birds chirping on a sunny day,
Making nests,
Making a home.
I let go of attachments to these thoughts and scenario and I surrender to any outcome.
I am grateful for my roots.
I am grateful for my community.
I am grateful for being present.
I speak words of peace,
Happiness,
Joy and truth.
And I take responsibility for my own actions.
I find a sense of peace and gratitude in holding space.
It's such a nice deep feeling.
I let go of the fear.
I listen to my breath,
Guiding me through the whole way.
Namaste.
