Hi my name's Dan Lang from Be Nourished Byron Bay.

I ask you to find a spot on the mat or somewhere you feel comfortable and relaxed as you breathe in through your abdomen and breathe out through your belly.

Breathing in,

Surrendering your day,

Letting go,

Connecting with the breath as we're connecting in to the heart through mindful meditation.

Breathing in love,

Gratitude,

Openness,

Breathing out surrendering to the day of what was.

Breathing in,

I radiate peace and love,

My heart is open.

Breathing out,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

Breathing in,

My body is relaxed,

My shoulders are relaxed.

My head,

My chest,

My legs,

My arms,

My feet and hands are all relaxed.

I'm exactly where I need to be right now and I'm grateful for taking time out to enjoy.

My heart is open,

My heart is full of love.

I send love to myself,

To my community,

My family and the universe.

Breathing in,

Noticing a white light shooting down the spine.

Breathing in new energy,

New prana,

Breathing out old energy,

Continuing that cycle.

Breathing in,

I am peaceful,

I am happy,

I am loved,

I am joyful.

Breathing out,

Surrendering.

Breathing in,

Everything is in,

Perfect,

Working order in my body,

My organs,

My health,

My gut.

I am grateful for where I live,

I am grateful for my life.

Breathing in peace,

Love,

Happiness,

Breathing out and surrendering.

Breathing in to the heart,

Opening up that space as you send love and compassion.

Imagining that raining down on you in your life,

Imagining your life to be full of compassion,

Love,

Gratitude.

I am the creator of my own destiny,

I am nourished.

My body is healthy,

My heart is healthy,

I am happy,

I am loved,

My whole body is relaxed,

My heart is relaxed,

My gut and mind are relaxed,

I am super relaxed and connected to my breath.
