This is a practice for creating space for love and letting go of fear. Find a space to still the mind, centre the thoughts, to tune in, listen to the breath and let go. "I let go of the fear that surrounds the collective world."

Creating a space for love and letting go of fear.

Asking you to find a place to centre your mind,

To still the thoughts,

To breathe,

To listen to your breath.

Breathing in,

I am grateful for my breath.

Breathing out,

I let go of the fear that surrounds the collective world.

I breathe in,

I am grateful,

I am aware of my own journey.

Breathing out,

I trust the process.

Breathing in,

I create space in my body for peace,

Harmony and love and let go of any unnecessary fear about the future or anxiety about the past.

Breathing in,

Connecting to the breath.

I am present in my body,

I am on my journey,

I am living in the flow.

Breathing out through the nose.

I look for signs of synchronicities,

Occurrences and I trust my intuition.

Breathing in through the nose,

Deep into the belly.

Breathing out,

Slowing down the breath.

I am aware of my intentions,

I believe that I am happy,

I am nourished and I have everything that I need.

I believe that I am happy,

Healthy,

I have enough money and abundance surrounds me.

My community will support me,

I have a great bunch of friends and family that surround me daily.

I let go of the fear of tomorrow that it might bring things that I am unsure about and instead I ask for clarity on my journey,

I ask the universe daily for the things that I need and they are present.

I always have enough food,

I have enough work,

My kids,

My family,

My friends,

My community are all safe,

Happy and nourished.

I bring a smile to my lips as I am grateful for the universe,

I am grateful for all the animals,

All the plants and all the living human beings.

I am so grateful for the bees,

For the work that they do.

I set my intentions for the day,

Today will be a great day.

Today I will be guided,

Today I have purpose and I let go.

I surrender and I am in the flow.

Breathing in for four,

Breathing out for four.

I am grateful for all living beings,

I am grateful for the ocean,

Grateful for all the pets,

The animals.

I am so grateful for the sun in the morning and the rain.

I will stay present for the day,

I will listen to my intuition and I will let go of the outcome,

Surrender and trust.
