Take a breath out and maybe now you are ready to establish an intention,

Dedication,
Maybe form of prayer is more to you at the moment and just make yourself as much comfortable as possible.
During this session we don't know how long for it will take,
Maybe five minutes,
Maybe 20,
Maybe half an hour,
Maybe 24 hours just give yourself a gift,
Stay connected,
Not just here but also now,
Don't travel in time focus to the sound you can hear right now,
Maybe my voice,
Maybe beating of your heart or maybe the sound is already massaging our body and our life.

We would like to take you to the space of dreams,
How important dreams are for you.
Dreams,
Wishes,
Hope,
Belief.
Is there something you are dreaming for,
Hoping for,
For you?
Just take a moment,
Don't think but feel instead.
Feel,
Feel your dreams.
When did you dream last time?
Maybe you completely forget what dreams are all about.
So right here,
Right now,
Dreams,
Wishes,
Belief,
Intention are very important and if possible invite the dreams,
The wishes to you right now,
Right here.
Not only wish but invite whatever you need.
Stay connected,
Feel your dreams coming true,
Closer and closer and closer and see that you are becoming your own dream,
Your own wish,
Your own intention.
Surrender and be,
Just be.
Take a breath in,
Slowly and deep,
If possible,
And at the end of this inhalation hold the breath and sense that you are creating space for you,
For your dreams.
And when you are taking breath out,
Feel,
Feel so much space inside.
Breathing in,
Long and deep,
If you can hold your breath,
Feel like you have never felt before and exhale.
Can you feel that space?
Dreams are coming,
Coming true.
Feel that touch and belief.
Breathing in,
Sense that breath inside,
Hold your breath and feel your dreams,
Wishes,
And take a breath out and feel that space.
Carry on that connection.
Dreams are coming true,
Getting closer and closer and closer.
Invite,
Invite your dreams,
Invite your wishes,
Invite your wishes,
Call them.
And now very slowly start to bring awareness back to the breath,
Back to the depth.
Let's take together breath in and sense that we are taking breath and sharing the same air,
Sharing the same space.
And when you are taking breath out,
Just feel that you are sending all your dreams up to the universe,
Where dreams are meeting,
Facing each other.
Dance of the dreams.
Let's spend a moment,
Maybe two,
Three minutes,
Focusing on the breath.
Maybe we would like to send a positive thought to each other.
And this is my dream that I would like to share with you,

Is sending a positive thought,
