
Root Chakra Meditation

This is one of the seven meditations through chakras. As we all know, we need a solid foundation to develop and to become every day. During this meditation, you will have a chance to notice what is your relationship to life and how is your foundation. This meditation will help us to open a gate to our first chakra and to unblock our life energy. Also will help us to release hardened parts of our life, and get rid of shaky ground perhaps ruled by fear, anger, and lack of sense of being safe.

So let's close our eyes and let's take our hands at the heart to establish intention.
Intention,
Connection and cure.
I strongly believe that all those three are very powerful tools.
And I'm hoping you also believe where there is connection,
There is a cure,
But first we need to establish intention,
Whatever we are doing in our life.
Take a moment and scan yourself.
Scan yourself from the top of the head all the way down toward your toes.
No rush,
No judgement.
You can rest your hands on your knees or laps.
And let's appreciate this moment.
As I mentioned already,
Today we will work on our first chakra,
Mooladhara chakra,
Root chakra.
We will do our best to open the gate,
To reach to our channels,
Our pathways inside us.
Location,
Base of the spine.
Color red,
Element earth.
As we all know we have a physical body,
But we also have a subtle body,
Energetic body.
And within this body there are pathways,
There are channels that flow with prana,
A life force energy.
And those channels or pathways are known as chakras.
We have seven primary chakras,
Flow from the base of the spine up to crown,
Up to crown chakra which is the top of the head.
So as you already know we need soul in the foundation to develop,
To become everyday.
So take a moment right now and ask yourself how is your foundation?
What you are standing for?
What you are representing now?
How safe you feel?
How steady you are?
All those questions we can relate with our root chakra,
Feeling being safe,
Secure,
Are all linked to our root chakra,
Where is blocked there is a lot of anxiety,
Stress,
Anger,
Fear.
Our foundation is very shaky.
So how steady you are?
Let's begin.
We are a part of nature.
As you know already I like to take us for the walk,
So today I want to take you for the walk.
And guess where?
So just visualize that we are walking on the earth in our garden.
We are walking on the earth barefoot and there is a sun alike right now.
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out,
Slowly and all the exhale,
The toward the space you are in.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow no rush,
Take a deep breath out,
Toward the space you are right now.
So we are in the garden,
A garden of life.
You can look around,
How is your garden doing?
Please don't judge,
Don't analyze.
You can take one more deep breath,
You can take one more deep breath out and exhale all toward the earth.
The earth which is supporting our feet,
Our being right now.
So let's shift our attention toward our feet.
Maybe you can spread our toes.
Maybe you can feel your feet right now,
How happy they are.
They touching the earth,
There is a sun shining.
Feel this warmth,
Feel this freshness.
Our roots getting nourished by drinking a juice from the earth,
The juice from the sky,
The juice from the sun.
Can you feel it?
Can you feel yourself growing upward and downward like a trace right now?
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out and send this breath up to the sky.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out and send this breath toward the earth.
And one more,
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out.
And send your breath all the way to the whole universe.
May others feel your breath.
May others feel this freshness of your breath,
Of your being.
We are all came from love,
We are all came from space of love.
We all were little seeds,
A tiny seed from which a beautiful tree have grew.
Perhaps right now we all are craved by wind,
Rain,
Sun,
Maybe some of us are still growing.
But I believe we all have experienced the touch of the wind that helped us to become a stronger tree.
I don't know anyone born strong without a drip of wind,
Rain.
Do you?
So let me tell you something.
The strongest trees grow the slowest.
So let's move back into our feet and base of the spine.
So please take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out and just visualize that on the base of our spine there is a ball of red light.
There is a ball of red located on the base of the spine and it's spreading smoothly,
Gently all the way up through the spine.
Feel this light,
Feel this energy,
Feel the sensation and focus on the base of your spine.
This is the gate of our energy channels.
Red light.
Feel yourself drinking this light as a nectar from the red lotus flower.
And this fresh nectar,
Juice of red light,
Is nourishing our body,
Our cells,
Our muscles,
Our skin,
Our bones,
Our feet and our roots.
Maybe you can feel that your body is getting lighter,
Fresher,
Maybe more steady.
And maybe your breath seems a little bit stronger.
Let your feet drink in this nectar from the earth.
Feel yourself so fresh,
So steady,
So young,
So young.
Can you see that your body is getting also quieter and your mind is getting thoughtless?
So please take a moment right now and listen to the messages from the universe.
Silence.
Happy feet,
Happy roots,
Happy you.
Silence.
Silence within us.
Can you feel this red light spreading all the way toward your spine,
Nourishing your body,
Nourishing your mind,
Nourishing your feet,
Your roots?
Breathing in,
All fresh breath is evolving within you.
Breathing out,
All the worry is gone.
Breathing in,
You are taking a fresh breath and air inside.
Breathing out,
All your worries,
Thoughts gone right now.
No worries,
No worries,
No thoughts.
Breathing in,
All fresh energy is entering your body.
Breathing out,
No worries,
No thoughts.
All gone,
All gone.
Breathing in,
All the freshness spreading inside.
Breathing out,
No worries,
No thoughts.
All gone,
All gone.
Please carry on your breathing and let's silently repeat.
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
And as you breathe out,
You are repeating,
I am solid,
I am steady,
I am strong.
And as you breathe in,
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
Breathing out,
I am strong,
I am solid,
I am ready.
Breathing in,
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
Breathing out,
I am solid,
I am strong,
I am ready.
Breathing in,
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
Breathing out,

We will repeat this for about two minutes.
You can repeat in silence,
Mentally.
But what I would like you to do to feel that,
To hear these thoughts,
Hear these words by your whole body,
All your cells.
Breathing in,

I am strong.
Breathing in,
I am tree,

And now first word what is appearing in your mind,
Just say something to yourself.
As you're breathing,
You are,
And as you breathe out,
You are.
First thoughts entering your mind,
Whispering to yourself.
I am a tree,

I came from space of love.
Breathing out,
I belongs to this place,
I belongs to the nature,
I am a part of it.
Breathing in,
Your roots,
Your feet are nourished.
Breathing out,
There is a red light on the base of your spine.
The gate is open,
There is no blockages.
Breathing in,
I am a mountain,
I am tree.
Breathing out,
I am growing upward,
I am growing downward.
Breathing in,
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
Breathing out,
I am ready,
I am ready,
I am ready.
Just absorb whatever is awaking within you,
All the sensation entering your body right now.
Feel it,
Don't be afraid.
Trust whatever is happening right now within you.
Breathing in,
Feel this freshness entering your body.
Breathing out,
All this hardened earth part of our lives are gone.
Breathing in,
Feel freshness entering your body.
Breathing out,
All the hardened earth part of our life are gone.
Leaving our body and mind.
Breathing in,
I am a tree,
I am a mountain.
Breathing out,
I am strong,
I am ready,
I am solid.
Let's take a two,
Up to three minutes,
A beautiful breathing exercise.
So I would like you to feel and visualize that you are holding a straw inside your mouth.
And when you are taking breath in through the nose,
You are exhaling as you are holding the straw in your mouth.
So take a breath together right now through the nose and breath out through the straw.
Slow and deep,
No rush.
And again breathing in,
Breathing out.
Empty your body from this air.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Can you hear the sound?
Can you hear this sound?
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Tension,
Fear,
Anger is moving out from your body.
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out.
No fear,
No anger.
No fear,
No anger.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Ask yourself how you feel right now.
How you feel right now.
Let's take our hands at the heart.
And let's appreciate this moment.
Let's appreciate whatever you just experienced.
And thank yourself for being here yourself and being a teacher for yourself.
For being an inner teacher for yourself.
And drop your hands on your knees.
You can gently move your fingers.
And again you can feel your toes,
You can feel your feet.
And you can slowly open your eyes.
And you can take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out.
You can take hands overhead if you can.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Maybe you can roll your shoulders,
Gently move your head.
Whatever your body needs right now.
If you need to scream,
You can scream.
If you need to shout,
Shout.
If you need to cry,
Cry.
