Go ahead and invite yourself into this meditation experience.
Let's all breathe in together,
Slowly through your nose and out through your mouth,
Letting go,
Relaxing into this moment.
Allow yourselves to take deep inhales and exhales in this moment,
Closing your eyes,
Inviting yourself into the spaces within,
The world within,
And begin to notice this world within.
As you're breathing,
Acknowledging those who are breathing with you,
Who are meditating with you,
Whether they're doing so right now or in a different time.
Acknowledge these individuals.
Acknowledge their efforts in arriving to their meditation practice.
All the thoughts that might have distracted them,
All the thoughts that they overcame to be here meditating.
Acknowledge them.
Sense into their acknowledgement for you.
Breathe in this acknowledgement for yourself,
For the collective.
Releasing on your exhale all that stands in your way from experiencing the depths of this meditation.
Breathing it all in,
Letting everything else fall away,
Knowing very well that throughout your meditation there may be thoughts,
Environmental and physical distractions.
Notice these things through the eyes of love and come back.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to the experience of the meditation over and over again.
Allow yourself to bring your attention and your awareness to the concept of connection.
Connection was an experience before it became a word.
What is the experience of connection like?
How do you know when you are connecting?
What does it feel like?
Whether you are connecting to a particular individual,
Connecting to music,
Connecting to nature,
Connecting to your own soul.
What are these experiences like?
How do they feel?
What would be the energetic signature of connection?
Maybe it's a resonance that you experience.
Maybe it's a flow of experience.
Maybe it's a remembrance of natural love.
What is the experience of connection for you?
Breathe in and relax into the energetic signature of connection.
At the beginning of this meditation you allowed your attention and your awareness to be with those strangers who are meditating with you.
How freely you connected with them and acknowledged their efforts.
What was that like for you?
Now in this moment allowing your attention and your awareness to be within your heart.
Breathing in and out through your heart.
Relaxing your physical body.
Nothing to figure out here.
Just relax.
Imagining breathe in and out through this magnificent heart of yours.
Connecting into the experience of your heart in this moment.
Can you call forth all of your attention and your awareness here?
Your beautiful heart.
Breathing in and out through your beautiful heart with all of your attention and awareness.
Noticing all the distractions that might want to pull you away from this experience of your heart.
Notice these things and call your attention right here in your heart.
Experiencing what it's like to connect to your own beautiful heart.
This beautiful precious heart of yours.
This powerful heart of yours.
And in this moment allow your heart to share an experience with you.
Experience of profound connection.
How your heart is connected to your loved ones.
Maybe there's a particular loved one that comes to your awareness in this moment.
Whether this loved one is here in the physical or has moved beyond the physical realm.
Connect into this individual with your heart.
With your love.
How natural it is for you to be so connected.
Be in the experience.
Relax into it.
This profound connection to this loved one of yours.
And connect into the love they have for you as well.
Allow yourself to experience the depths of this connection.
Your love for them.
Their love for you.
Breathing in their love.
Breathing out yours.
Breathing in their love.
Breathing out yours.
And arriving in this stillness.
This loving connection that is.
Maybe your attention and your awareness wants to stay here.
Or maybe your heart shares with you an individual who you consider a stranger to you.
Maybe it's somebody in your community.
Maybe it's somebody across the world.
Somebody who you may not have met yet.
But allow your heart to call forth this connection to a perfect stranger.
Notice how this feels.
To connect into a perfect stranger with your love.
With your heart.
Sharing your heart and love with them.
How it feels to extend your heart to a perfect stranger.
To connect into profound love you have for them.
With who they are naturally.
Now maybe your heart wants to share with you a group of people.
Allow yourself to notice how far-reaching your love is.
This profound aspect of your heart that is so loving.
So far-reaching.
How connected you truly are.
How connected your heart naturally is.
How expansive your love is.
How connected our hearts are to each other.
To the world around us.
To all individuals in nature.
To the divine.
Go ahead and place your hands upon your heart.
Breathing in through your heart and out through your heart.
You are heartfelt connection.
Celebrating this experience within you that has been with you all along.
Connecting into a memory of this experience.
How it feels to be so connected.
How it feels to be the connection.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
So you may call forth this experience and experience profound connection in your everyday moments over and over again.
