Lifting your body up,
Coming into any seated comfortable position,
Lengthening your spine,
Your shoulders are rolled back,
Your chest is open,
You're focusing on your breath.
Slowly at your own time,
Releasing your hand position,
Rubbing your palms together for warming palms,
Placing your warm palms in front of your closed eyes,
Holding your hands there for a while,
Just feeling the energy,
And slowly at your own time,
Releasing your hands and opening your eyes.
