Welcome to this meditation.
For love and resilience.
Begin by finding a comfortable place,
Lying down or seated.
Let your hands rest comfortably.
Your eyes are closed.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Breathe in deeply,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
And exhale slowly.
Letting go of tension.
Of shoulds,
Of expectations.
One more breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Allow yourself to arrive.
Right here.
Right now.
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath.
Notice any sensations.
Any emotions that arise here.
And silently in your mind,
Say to yourself.
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to release.
I am safe to love.
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to release.
I am safe to love.
Let us now invite.
A soft affirmation.
To fill this space.
I let go of guilt.
I choose openness.
I allow love to flow through me.
Freely,
Fully,
Without attachment.
Feel how these words move in your body.
Breathe into any tightness.
Soften around any guilt.
You do not have to hold it anymore.
Now imagine a soft golden light in your heart.
It begins to glow and expand with each breath It is warm,
Forgiving.
And unconditionally loving.
This light does not ask you to carry blame.
It does not demand you to hold on.
It simply says.
Love is here.
And love is enough.
Love is here.
And love is enough.
Now gently repeat to yourself in your mind.
I love without needing to possess.
I release what is not mine to carry.
I allow space for what is true to stay.
And I trust what leaves was never mine to hold.
Let these words root into you.
Feel them like seeds,
Planting resilience,
Softness and clarity in your heart.
As you inhale you welcome love As you exhale,
You release.
Inhale and welcome love Exhale and release.
You are not losing,
You are opening.
Let yourself rest for a few more breaths in the stillness.
When you're ready.
You bring your awareness to your heart center.
You are loved.
You are whole.
You are free.
Stay here for the next while.
Inspired by Buddha.
I let go.
I love.
I let go of the weight I no longer need.
Quiet guilt.
The unseen seat.
It grew in silence,
In shadows deep.
But now I wait.
I no longer sleep.
No more should I,
Could I,
Or when.
I return to the breath again and again.
Not a fix,
Not a bind,
Not a chase.
But to stand with love.
In sacred space.
I love without the need to hold.
Without the fear of growing old.
My hands are open,
Soft and true.
Not clinging tight,
But passing through.
What leaves was never mine to cape.
And what remains walks of all the page.
A story shared.
A soul once near.
Now carried lightly without fear.
Resilience is not cold retreat,
But love that rises to its feet.
It bows to loss.
It honors grace.
It finds the stillness in the space.
So here I am,
No guilt,
No blame.
A heart once heavy now reclaimed.
I do not grasp.
I do not flee.
I simply love.
I am free.
Let yourself hold this stillness for a while.
And now if you're ready.
And you feel as though at this present moment you'd feel like moving.
And waking your body up.
You can.
If you feel as though you want to be here for the next while.
You can.
You are here.
To listen to heart.
Body.
Trusting yourself.
The space you're in.
You are love.
You are whole.
And you are free.
Thank you.
