It's Ayesha.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
So this will be a cleansing guided meditation that will give you the opportunity to let the rain wash away any worries,
Tension or stress that you might be feeling at this time.
So as we prepare to wash it all away,
Just take a moment to make sure that you are in a quiet and comfortable place where you will be able to fully immerse yourself in this guided meditation.
Putting everything to the side,
Getting ready to cleanse the mind,
Leaving any stress behind.
I now invite you to take two sips in through the nose and a very slow exhale out the mouth.
And taking another two sips in through the nose and a slow exhale out the mouth.
One more time,
Two generous sips in through the nose.
And a cleansing breath out the mouth.
Now let your breath return to its own natural pattern as you listen to the sweet sound of the rain.
Surrender to the sound of the rain.
Now might you imagine that the rain is washing away everything that no longer serves you.
Anything that has been worrying you,
Stressing you or weighing heavy on your mind.
Imagine that the rain is washing it all away.
Let the rain take it,
Let the earth take care of it.
Now simply breathe deep and trust that everything will be okay.
It will be taken care of in the most miraculous and perfect way.
Just let the rain fall as it ushers in a new day,
A new cycle,
A new phase,
A new way.
As the rain continues to fall,
Feel yourself being restored,
Nourished and watered.
As you surrender and let go.
And just as the various seasons and cycles that we go through are only temporary,
So is the rain.
So if you find yourself moving through a rainy time period,
Just trust that the rain will pass and the sun will shine again.
Now start to bring your awareness back to your breath and your physical body as you prepare to come out of this guided meditation.
Gently begin to bring some life back into the body.
Perhaps wiggling fingers and toes.
And in your own time you can very slowly blink the eyes open as you fully return to the physical aspect of this now moment.
