I created this track for my sister when she was pregnant and approaching her due date. She was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and her blood pressure was at fatal levels. I wanted to do something, anything to help her. I picked this frequency because of how high the tone is. I tend to associate higher frequencies with connecting to my higher self and higher dimensional energies. This high of frequency can be piercing and hard to ignore. So when listening to it, I've found it isn't as easy to let the mind wander and overthink or worry.
