Okay,

Welcome to this short I love love meditation.

I love love.

So even as we begin this moment of presence in the center of our heart,

I'd like you to tune into that which is love with me right now.

Not the love which takes us outside of ourself.

Not the love which a lot of people think is attachment.

But love that which is right here,

Right now,

Ebbing through,

Around,

In,

Of,

As your beating heart.

So coming into the center of your chest.

Coming into the center of your chest.

Coming into the center of your chest and letting go of any mind chitter chatter.

Any stories,

Judgments,

Must be this way or that way.

Expectations.

Just allowing yourself to continue dropping into the spaciousness of these words.

And as you fall into the spaciousness of these words,

You are falling into the heart space.

In some of the most recent unified field theory and quantum mechanics,

There is this proposition that at the center of every living being there is a black hole.

And this black hole at the center of every living being is experientially known when we are in love,

Of love,

As love.

May these words continue to bring you closer to the black hole at the center of your heart,

The center of your beingness here and now.

With each breath,

Allow this softening to melt the physical body.

So that every last juice,

Speck,

Flick,

Momentary blink of awareness that exists right now chooses to be at the center of your heart.

At the center of our heart it is that which we sense the innate oneness of everything.

The absolute,

It has been spoken,

God.

The name that which has been known and a thousand others.

With each breath,

Softening can happen as we rest closer to the center of it all.

Are the sky above,

Mother earth below.

The four cardinal directions of north,

South,

East,

West.

The elements,

Or to fire,

Earth,

Air.

The ether that emanates through all.

Polarities of masculine and feminine.

At the middle of all of that,

There is your heart.

May the heart be where we rest when we experience the storms of the mind.

Interactions with others that sometimes knock us off our center.

May we come back and rest at ease in the center of our heart.

May we know that these words are just pointing to something that you already know.

And that the words that are being spoken here are not paramount or have any importance or significance whatsoever.

Other than a very gentle signpost towards your heart.

And being here,

May the heart fully encompass you.

And may you become so drunk on the deliciousness of love and life.

That our shared heart can melt us all into an accelerated and expansive knowing of loving cohesion,

Compassion and acceptance for all.

All beings,

All animals,

All plants,

All insects.

Beings beyond this dimension that we know so intimately.

Everything,

Everyone,

In all of creation.

May our love ripple through time.

May our love dance through the clouds.

And may our love rain on us from the sky.

May our love be as deep as the most vast oceans.

And may our love be as bright as the sun.

May our love allow the tears to be met in acceptance of what is,

In the grace of both gratitude and of grief.

May our love be found in every cell of our body,

In every leaf on every tree.

May our love be found on every strand of hair,

On every human being you've ever met and ever will meet.

And may our love be known so clearly in every moment,

Thus,

Forth.

Amen,

Aho.

Peace be with you.
