Hello and welcome to this meditation for reflectors.

This meditation is designed to guide you to embody the reflector energy type and empower you with the gifts of this design.

Reflectors are currently the most rare energy type,

Making up just 1% of the human population.

With all of your centers,

All nine energy centers,

Undefined or open,

You are taking in the world around you by sampling others' energy and reflecting it back to them.

You are a sacred vessel for evaluating the health and authenticity of the collective.

Because of your openness,

You can wisely discern and deeply feel other people,

Their level of authenticity,

Health,

And who they truly are.

This means you can also be resistant to people or places that are misaligned or unhealthy in any way.

As a reflector,

It's important to learn how to maintain your own sense of self and not absorb the people surrounding you,

Over-identifying with a person or a group.

You may feel pressured to define yourself,

But really the core of who you are as a reflector is to be everyone and no one.

Let's start this practice by arriving in your comfortable meditation position,

Whether in a comfortable seat,

Cross-legged,

On your knees,

Or in a chair,

Or even lying down on the floor,

In your bed,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Whichever position you choose,

Keep the spine nice and long.

If you are seated,

Ensure the crown of the head is lifted towards the sky as your tailbone is rooted into the support beneath you,

Landing in a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice,

Full,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.

Start by taking gentle movements to unwind any lingering energy.

Feel free to get any fidgets out,

Maybe rolling the neck or wrists.

Move your body however you need to,

Then eventually settling into stillness.

As you wind down your body and mind to prepare for meditation,

Notice where in your body you may be holding on to any tension or stress.

Mindfully soften the grip of the jaw.

Relax the shoulders.

Loosen the ribs and soften the belly,

So you can just float naturally with the breath.

Relax the hips and pelvis.

Unclench the legs and feel the lower body get really heavy.

And let's begin to clear and reset with the breath.

Start with a deep,

Full inhale through the nose,

Filling up the ribs and the belly,

And open mouth sigh as you exhale completely.

Feel free to make any sounds that you need.

Take another expansive inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top for just a sip.

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more,

Inhale through the nose completely,

Take a little extra sip of air at the top.

And full exhale out,

Let it completely go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath.

And just notice where the breath is naturally circulating in your body right now.

As a reflector,

You have lunar authority.

Your authority is your unique decision-making tool to keep you in alignment with your energy type.

Lunar authority means you are designed to wait a full lunar cycle to observe how the moon impacts you and your energy,

To strengthen your innate connection to the moon.

We'll scan through all nine energy centers in HUME Design and utilize the breath to clear out anything you may have absorbed from these open energy centers.

Start by envisioning a mini full moon sitting beneath your tailbone.

As if you are nesting it like a chicken would an egg.

Send your breath into this moon.

See it pulse with a glowing white light as you breathe.

Now become aware of your root center at the very base of your tailbone.

As you continue your low and slow breath,

Envision this mini moon circling and clearing out your root center,

Intuitively cleansing any pressure you may have picked up from your surroundings.

Guide your awareness to your sacral center just above the root and two inches below the navel.

See the moon float around your lower abdomen.

Steady the breath as you see the moon cleansing,

Circling in and around your sacral center.

With your breath,

Drift the moon over to your lower right abdomen,

Your solar plexus or center of emotions.

As the moon hovers over this area,

Breathe directly into this emotional center.

Allow the moon to clear out any emotions you may have picked up from others.

Now see the moon crossing over the midline of your abdomen at your sacral center and land at your lower left abdomen at your splenic energy center.

The center of your survival instincts.

Breathe into your splenic center as you feel the moon cleanse out any fears or health issues you may have accumulated.

Move the moon back through the midline at the sacral center and see it travel up to your chest at your heart space,

Your identity or G center.

As the moon glows here,

Breathe into your identity center,

Feeling the moonlight clear away other people's life direction and purpose,

Allowing you to embrace whichever direction life guides you towards.

Begin to see the moon move into your upper right chest,

Your heart or ego center.

Focus your breath on this area,

Each exhale pulsing the bright white moonlight.

To release any external willpower and motivation that you've taken on from your environment.

Trusting that you have an internal rhythm and motivation completely unique to your flow.

The moon now floats to your throat center at the base of your throat.

Breathe the moon into the throat as the white light clears out other people's form of self-expression and ways they use their voice.

Returning you to a fluid and open vocalization of who you are at any given moment.

Use the breath to send the moon to your asana or third eye center at the space between your eyebrows.

See the moon rotate its renewing white light at the center of your mind.

Clearing out opinions that are not yours.

Clearing out ways of thinking that are not yours.

Finally,

Send the moon to the crown or head center at the very top of your head.

As the moon revolves over you,

It pours cleansing white light down into your head center.

You feel it completely wash away any confusion,

Mental pressure,

Or need to know all the answers.

Let the moon intuitively travel to any of your energy centers where you need extra clearing.

Allowing it to unblock and clear out any energy that you feel is not yours or feels heavy,

Stagnant,

Or dull.

Allow the moon's white light to purify,

Renew,

And cleanse all nine of your energy centers.

Take a few moments with your breath to sit in your openness.

Feel all of your energy centers and channels completely cleansed and reset.

You are a clear vessel to discern and judge.

See yourself as an expansive sky that evolves and is only shaped by the clouds passing through it.

Sampling the energy of each cloud as it drifts past you.

You are not the clouds.

Everything that makes you,

You,

Is the backdrop of the blue sky behind the clouds.

Your aura,

Just like the sky,

Is immovable,

Resistant to unhealthy energies because you are so open.

With your openness,

You are able to wisely and objectively observe all the energy that you sample.

You are no one and everyone.

Just notice where you may be clinging on to someone else's or even your environment's identity.

Release any self-definition and ask yourself,

Who am I today?

Drop into the part of you that is gifted at judging.

Notice if there have been any negative judgments or criticisms that may have caused you disappointment.

Shift out of this place of deflation that was created by assigning meaning to this judgment and step back.

See exactly what you see for exactly what it is.

Become more neutral and objective as you discharge the emotion around whatever judgment you made.

As a reflector,

You are the barometer for the collective,

But the collective is not your identity.

Your power is in discerning rather than labeling to show us how in tune we all are.

By taking time to evaluate your inner world just as much as you do your outer world,

You can separate the energies you've collected from who you truly are.

Because you are naturally taking in the energy of a place,

Person,

Or group,

Deeply feeling into their essence,

Become aware of the places or environments you have been in recently.

Do you feel included in these spaces?

Do you feel honored as your authentic self in these spaces?

Do you feel welcomed to share your reflections around these people in these environments?

There is no right or wrong answer.

Just be open to whatever arises.

Envision the moon once again at the crown of your head.

Feel it scan through all of your nine energy centers,

Lighting up different gifts and energetic channels over the 28 days of the moon cycle.

Feel how the moon impacts you.

Maybe one day you are a builder,

A fire starter,

A seer,

Or a diverse creator.

Listen quietly and compassionately as you honor the range of feelings through any decision you are facing over the lunar cycle of 28 days.

Honor your ability to sense the energy of a place,

A person,

Or a group.

Remember that you are not any of these places or people.

You are just reflecting back who they are.

Take these final moments in your meditation to honor whoever you are today.

Honor whoever you are tomorrow.

And honor whoever you are each and every day you show up on this planet as a reflector.

Very slowly begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently through the motion of the breath alone.

Then softly invite movement back into the body,

Maybe wiggling fingers and toes one at a time,

Eventually rolling out the head and the neck.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Gently open your eyes,

Pause,

And take in the space around you.

Thank you so much for joining me in this meditation practice to honor your unique human design.
