Emerald Heart Chakra Activation

Our heart chakra is one of the most overworked and underactive chakras we have. In this activation, we will attune it to the appropriate levels and activate our divine feminine receiving portal! Enjoy all that is for you and more by clearing out the density and activating the new energy meant for you.

Hello gorgeous soul and welcome to your custom activation.

In this activation we're gonna focus on applying the correct and appropriate energy to your heart chakra so that we can open it up to the proper levels and allow yourself to start feeling all of the feels,

Feeling your true authentic self and not absorbing and accepting anything that does not serve you in your highest joy.

So take a moment and get comfortable and when you're ready close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Inhaling all essence of who you are,

Knowing that you're here in this moment at the perfect time and on your exhale I want you to just surround yourself with the glorious light that you hold within.

Taking that inhale,

Doing the same thing and taking that exhale and surrounding yourself with all that you are.

Now let's do it one more time inhaling all the surroundings,

All of your joy,

All of your love,

All of your happiness and on the exhale releasing it and expanding that further and further out throughout your environment around you,

Letting those feel your true essence come through your soul right now.

Alright so let's begin connecting to our heart chakra.

As we know it's mostly one of our overworked chakras and under active in some cases.

It's directly connected to our divine feminine nature and thought to be our portal of receiving.

It is time for you to start receiving the greatness of your life around you.

So as you're breathing I want you to focus on giving yourself permission to fully relax and be open to the possibilities of what you're feeling,

What emotions may come up for you in this moment.

Knowing that you are held,

You are safe and you are loved from a deep state of comfort,

Protection and the pure essence of love.

Knowing that you are safe and fully supported and calling in your guides and my guides into this space to activate and download the appropriate codes into our field to remove energy,

Stagnant and any lower vibrational thoughts,

Emotions and feelings that no longer serve us in this moment.

Asking our guides to come in right now and remove these for us so that we can fully receive this activation with no limitations,

No blocks.

And feel as you feel them working around your field.

Maybe you're feeling buzzy,

Now on your next breath in I want you to gather this beautiful emerald green frequency of light.

Start envisioning it,

Start gathering it in your field and begin to surround your heart space with this green energy of light.

Watch as you allow it to flow in and start swirling gently in your heart space.

Whether it's moving back and forth,

Up and down,

Side to side,

Swirling in a ball or swirling in a tornado,

However that looks like to you,

This emerald green energy is starting to unfold into your field and starting to give your heart space just this warm happy dance around it.

And as this healing green light is gently swirling around your space,

Notice how does your heart chakra feel.

Notice as it gently removes old feelings and energies that no longer serve you right now in this moment.

And feel or watch as it begins to create vast space for your new experiences that want to unfold into your reality.

Feel into this green light,

Lean into it and begin to energetically open your beautiful divine feminine receiving portal.

Opening this divine feminine receiving portal allows you to truly accept and know that everything that is happening in your life is for you.

That only great blessings and outcomes can come from releasing the old,

From releasing the dense and the negative and the lower vibrational thoughts,

Feelings and emotions.

And knowing that we're stepping into this beautiful divine feminine essence of being perfectly still,

Of receiving all that we are meant for and more,

And of allowing ourselves the pure experience of joy.

And as we activate this divine feminine receiving portal in our field,

Accompanied by this gorgeous emerald green healing light,

I'm going to attune it into your field for the appropriate level and amount for you to begin to receive without limitations,

Without doubt and without the energy of lack.

Take a moment and just feel this as I begin to attune this energy into your field.

Activated and set up to the appropriate levels of your receiving portal to be open in your field,

To know that what you are receiving is meant for you.

Removing all those false stories you've created for yourself and replacing them with new energies and gratitude and honoring in your field.

I want you to repeat after me out loud or in your head whatever feels best for you in this moment.

I allow these divine upgrades into my field as they are for my greatest and highest good.

I allow my old patterns,

Programs and paradigms to dissolve and I now receive these new upgrades into my heart chakra at the appropriate levels meant for me in this moment.

With these new activations anchoring into your field,

Allow yourself some time and some grace to receive them.

They may not appear right away but the energy is there and it is building and soon,

Very soon,

You will start to see it reflect throughout your entire reality.

You will begin to receive,

Begin to feel,

Take a moment and just sense the growing energy around you and within you from this warm green emerald light.

Sense the free flowing energy throughout your body and anywhere particular that you feel it.

Draw in this energy and also begin to send it out into the world turning on that lighthouse and standing tall and all that you are.

And now begin to bring your attention back to your physical body,

Deepening your breath once more.

Begin to reactivate each part of your body,

Maybe slowly starting to move your toes,

Gently moving and awakening each part to the soles of your feet,

Feeling the energy flow back into your body like a warm wave coming over you.

Continue up through your ankles and lower legs,

Waking your body up slowly.

This energizing feeling travels up to your knees and thighs,

To your glutes and hips,

Lower backs and abdomen.

Yes,

Feel it,

Feel all of it.

Feel as all the old tension and discomfort has been released and replaced with new upgrades of positive thoughts and feelings of love.

Feel the loving energy move up to your heart and your throat,

Warming and delighting you,

Allowing the free flow of heart energy to circulate and radiate throughout your entire space.
