As we enter a season - where we find ourselves coming home, spending time in our physical sanctuary, deepening our connection with our internal environment. Fall into you with my Release and Renew meditation.

Hello and welcome to the Release and Renew meditation. Find yourself a comfortable and cozy spot where you can be present for this meditation today. I'll give you a few moments to do so and then we will begin. As the autumn winds begin to blow through tired branches, You watch as the leaves gently turn shades of gold, Amber, And bronze, And swaying as the leaves blanket the ground as the trees withdraw their energy. Finding yourself cozying up and retreating to the warmth of your supportive surroundings. Take a moment and allow yourself the releasing of any burdens and any doubts that infiltrate your mind. Releasing any buildup of thoughts that don't support your trust and faith in your environment. Releasing lower frequencies that may show up in your day to day life. Letting it all go willingly. And creating a space for your new energies to unfold. Just as the silky ridges is contained within you. From your wisdom, You acknowledge the source of life that has always been there and begin to tap into this new divine source. You begin to have a warm sensation of golden light filling your entire essence of renewed and fresh energy. And you begin to share your gifts with the world as though they have always been. Notice how as a renewed sensation washes over you, You as the warmth fills your space, And how what was released is like a very distant past which holds no charge to you and your renewed source of life. You have entered a new season of life, One which is supported by your greatest desire. One which reflects the true frequency of your soul. Where all eternal rhythms of life become whole and prosperous. Setting you up for only the most luxurious bounties in a fruitful harvest. And in that knowing, Your truth is peace and positivity. You radiate the warmth of gold and amber magnetism. You are connective in all the pieces in which your community is based upon your sacred energy. You are a renewed, Abundant version that has always been known to be. Now is your time to step into your fullness and radiate that warmth in which you are into this world and let everyone receive from your gorgeous luminous body. God Bless!
