This is Avery Lane and your meditation for the day.

Finding your inner voice.

Take a moment to get comfortable and settled in.

Persistent words and feelings that represent your greatest desires are dropping into your mind and instead of putting your life off until you do or be something in the future,

It's time to bring your desires into the present moment.

Anything we feel like we have gone off track,

We have traveled a different road to our soul and everything becomes a signpost to return us to our center where we can tune in to the wise transmissions just as the voice on a GPS navigator tells you which way to go.

Your soul wisdom is always leading you towards your destination.

Neither will scold you or become impatient.

If you take the wrong route,

They will just adjust and find an alternative route,

Give you new directions.

You can't get it wrong.

It's time to listen to the reoccurring words and ideas,

Paying attention to how they feel and drive forward with the one that makes your face and heart smile.

Center yourself and take some breaths while we settle into this meditation today.

Breathing in and closing your eyes,

Imagine a soft pink and violet light swirling around you.

Slow your breathing and imagine your soul stars shining overhead.

The shimmering starlight of your soul pours down upon you.

It brings a complete sense of relaxation,

Balance and wisdom.

Breathing in,

Align yourself with your light and feel your whole being adjust to meet your inner compass.

Breathing out and know that instead of always pointing north,

It points in the direction of your dreams and desires.

It's time to follow your true north.

Feel the possibilities for your life and feel as the inner smile spreads through you and somehow you know all will be fine.

Take a moment to know you can now relax into your life and enjoy it.

Feel the softness and ease of this knowing and let's stay here for a moment.

Beautiful.

When you're ready,

Focus on your physical body and the compass of your soul.

Breathe joy into your life in this present moment and know that when you open your eyes,

You are always heading in the right direction.
