Find a quiet,
Comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Begin by taking a deep breath in and slowly a deep breath out.
Let's try again.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more relaxed,
More present,
More open to the energy of a day.
Observe your breath.
Now let's take a moment to connect with the breath.
Breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth slowly.
Feel the breath moving in and out like a gentle ocean waves.
Being fully aware of your breaths.
Observe your breaths.
Relax.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Relax your head,
Your forehead,
Your face muscles.
Relax your shoulders.
Let go of any tension in your neck and hands.
Relax.
Soften your belly.
Relax your legs.
And let your feet feel heavy,
Grounded,
Supported by the earth.
Breath.
Now place one hand on your heart and other hand on your belly.
Feel the gentle rise and fall with each breath.
Breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel your belly moves out.
As you breathe out,
Feel your belly moves in.
With every inhale,
Imagine droning in fresh,
Vibrant energy.
With every exhale,
Release any stress or negativity.
Continue this breath pattern,
Allowing your body to wake up gently,
Filling with light and positivity.
Now visualize a golden light beginning to glow at the center of your chest.
This is your inner light,
Your energy,
Your power.
With every inhale,
This light expands,
Warming,
Strengthening,
Filling your entire being.
Imagine this light spreading outward through your arms,
Down your legs and up through the crown of your head.
And this golden light is the energy of peace,
Joy and purpose awakening within you.
Now,
Mentally,
Silently,
Repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I welcome this new day with gratitude and joy.
I am energized,
Focused and ready for whatever comes my way.
I choose to see today with positivity and love-kindness.
I radiate confidence,
Peace and happiness,
Bliss.
As you repeat the affirmations,
Feel them sinking into your heart,
Becoming your reality.
