Please lie down on your back and shavasana.

Feet are apart.

Palms facing upwards.

Eyes are gently closed.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Easy breathing.

Normal breathing.

Relax your feet.

Relax your knees.

Relax your thighs and your hips.

Relax your belly and your back.

Relax your spine.

Relax your chest.

Your shoulders.

Relax your hands.

Your both arms.

Relax your neck and your head.

Relax your mind.

Your thoughts are coming down.

Relax your entire body.

And breathe.

Try to bring your focus inwards.

And observe your breathing.

Easy and natural breathing.

Relax and relax.

Breathe in your belly and out.

Take deep breath in.

Bring your feet together.

Arms above your head and stretch.

Giving gentle stretch to your body.

Relax.

Turn to your right side.

Coming in sitting position.
