Welcome home dear one to this morning meditation.

Now allow yourself to sit in a comfortable position.

Gently stretch your neck,

Roll your shoulders,

Stretch your body,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Now with your spine straight,

Place your palms facing open on your laps.

With a soft smile,

Close your eyes to begin this meditation.

Now breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

One more time,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now breathe slowly and deeply on your own rhythm.

As you breathe out slowly,

Let go of any stress,

Anxious thoughts and all the unwanted energies to flow out from your body,

Mind and soul.

Now breathing in slowly and fully.

Breathing out slowly.

Breathing in slowly and fully.

Breathing out slowly.

One last deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Now breathe naturally.

Simply observe your breath.

It is effortless.

It is peaceful.

It is filled with presence and grace.

Notice your mind is calming.

Notice your body is relaxing.

Welcome home to your presence.

Now breathe in gratitude.

Breathe out sending love to yourself.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe out sending love to the people around you.

Welcoming this new day with gratitude and joy.

Feeling home in this beautiful present moment.

Feeling home in your heart filled with love and joy.

Now you may place your palms gently over your heart.

Repeat the affirmations after me.

I am grateful.

I am grateful for my body and mind.

I am grateful for this new day.

I am grateful for my inner presence and positivity.

I am grateful for my inner love.

And I am grateful for the love and joy I can share with the world.

I am thankful.

I am thankful.

I am thankful.

Feeling the fullness of love,

Joy and gratitude.

Nourishing every cell of your being.

Today is a blessing and a gift.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale with a big sigh.

Relax your palms.

Roll your shoulders.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

With a gentle smile,

Open your eyes to the beautiful world around you.

Enjoy your day.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
