That's the journey of today.
So as we are starting,
I would like to invite you to place yourself in a private and comfortable space.
And to bring with you something to write.
You are welcome to pause this video at any moment when you feel you need more time to reflect.
To be,
To go to the toilet,
To do,
To take some water,
To do whatever.
Just feel free to pause that.
You are in charge of the process.
And you're welcome to take longer period of time when you would like to sit with yourself or to reflect.

Now that we have the logistic out of the way,
Let's Take a moment.

To land in our body and in our sacred space by taking some Long deep breath.
And just take a deep breath.
Bring the air down into your belly.
And exhale slowly.
And just feel the sensation of you being in the room where you are,
Or in the space that you are.
And being also in your body.
And take another set of deep breaths.

And bring the air down into the lower part of your belly.
Hold it.
And exhale.

You can open your eyes and just allow yourself to stay in this place,

And as we go through this session together,
I just would like you to allow your body to even be more relaxed.
Because the more you feel more relaxed and more safe,
The deeper integration of the shift will be.

What is unconditional love?
And it's such a word that is being thrown around a lot.
On a daily basis.
I will touch my perspective about this in different sessions.
But today I would like to start from the perspective that unconditional love comes from a place within us.
That embodies the truth.
That there is.
An unlimited amount of love available for us.
This one.
The other thing is that we ourselves Our love we created.
From and by love.
And exists for love.
And the third thing is that we are abundant.
To start with.
Over the course of human history,
Humans have been programmed to believe the opposite.
That love is limited.
That we have to work.
Fight for and to sacrifice.
God love.
And that we are many things other than the love itself.
That love is the price or reward.
But it's not true.
We are love.
So the whole.
Program,
Although many sessions that I will produce in this program is coming from that foundational.
Belief or assumption or Ingredients.
So you know what you're coming into,
For what you're coming into,
Because the transformation that will be happening in each of the sessions will actually allow you to embody this.
Deeper and deeper into your in your system and so you live life.

Because of what we experience,

Many of us have conscious and unconscious limiting patterns,
Beliefs,
Programs.
And heavy emotions running actively in our minds and bodies that make Now very difficult to access.

So today we are going to start this liberation journey.
From all the conscious and unconscious limiting patterns.
That block us from accessing,
Embodying,
And enjoying life.
With in with and in unconditional love as the foundation.
To start this whole journey.
And it's a journey because you will see that with every session that you will.

You will hopefully see shift.
To start this whole journey,
Please take a piece of paper or something to write on,
As I would like you to do a self-assessment.

And it's basically assessing how you feel in each of these statements.
So as you see in this slide,
There are two slides,
So there are 20 questions.
I would like you to do,
I would give you some moments to assess.
So,
These When these statements are some key.
Indication of The behaviors are when you live embodying the unconditional self-love.
There are so many more behaviors,
Just want to make sure you're clear about that,
But these are some of the beginnings.
So I'd like you to take a moment to read this statements.
You could just write in your notes and just to see where you are.
From on the score of 0 or 1 to 10.
One is.
I cannot do,
I cannot,
For example,
I cannot acknowledge and compliment who and what I am at all.
Or 10 would be,

I can compliment.
I do that all the time.
I know who I am.
When people ask me who I am,
I know what to say,
And I feel very happy to share who I am and what I am.

You don't feel guilty receiving the time to rest from yourself.

Feeling like we have to work hard,
We have to fight for something and instead of receiving things with ease.

There will be three parts throughout this program and you just follow my lead where I would like to explain to you what is going to happen.
The first part is that I am going to speak up some sentences.
That I attuned to your consciousness before the session starts.
That is basically the conscious or unconscious pattern that disturb,
Distort,
And block you from the intention from being the main provider of love for yourself.
I am tuning into the common patterns for everyone who are coming here.
Through the quantum field.
And why is it important to acknowledge these patterns?
Because everything that is unconscious or partly conscious but not entirely conscious can come up and be on the surface.
So then you have the choice to let them go.
And that's exactly what you'll be doing today.

Acknowledge this.
By repeating the sentences that I'm giving you.
So I'm speaking out loud.
You are also choosing to let them go.
Now,
The second part of this reprogramming is for me to tune into the collective consciousness of this community here.
And to bring in downloads.
Install and activate the positive patterns.
That will help you to embody.
The role of the main provider of love for yourself.
That is when you're also going to say,
Yes,
I'm going to activate this in my system and I'm going to embody this.
The third part is for me to bring you some information on what to do after the session to be able to integrate all the shift even more on the behavioral and action level.
There are three parts.
The most important thing is when you are following the sentences that I'm going to say out loud,

But the focus is not towards the sentence,
The focus is much more towards your body.

How your body reacts to you as you are saying the sentences.
If it reacts either resisting it,
Getting upset about it,
Or agreeing and fully fully relieved for allowing yourself to say this that means this your body your heart and your body resonate with this sentence,
Even when it was trying not to like it or to accept it.
There's basically there's a resonance because if there is no resonance your body will not react at all I would like you to do your best just to breathe,
Even when your mind is starting to say like,
Ah,
No,
We don't want to accept this.
This is wrong.
She doesn't know what she's talking about.
All these things.
That's your mind speaking.
I want you to not to suppress your mind,
But just allow it to chat,
But don't pay attention to it.
Okay.
The thing is,
Out of the different parts of who we are,
The heart and the body never lie.
It always has truth.
It holds the truth about how we feel.
But our mind lies a lot because it's not that it's intentionally lying,
But it's because our mind is very creative in coming up with stories.
Very interested for you to keep yourself in the position of either right or not different.
Than any other people.
Okay,
So.

Your mind is very strong in actually making you obey.
Obey the collective standards which may not actually be allowing you to access love.
Or making you be the embodiment of love for yourself.
It's not that we should shut down the mind.
We just allow it because you will not be able to shut it down.
You just observe.
Don't listen.
It's almost like you're muting it.
But follow and pay attention to your body and your heart as you are saying the statements out loud.
All right,
So in that case,
Let's just get going.
So I'd like you to.
We are going to tap as we are speaking because when we are tapping,
We are basically creating signals to our brain that even though some sentences may be triggering for us,
There's no danger here.
We are just processing things.
Everything is fine and everything is safe.
So now I'd like you to take a few sets of deep breaths.
And sit comfortably.

All of these are limiting patterns.
I have very little love.

I expect someone to come.
And give me the love I need.
And the beginning of your eyebrow.
I give myself over to you.
To other people.
And move it here.
I am so fish.
And it is hard for me to give.
I am not willing to give.

I refuse to receive.
Under your lips.
I am too used to.
Being on my own.
And self-sufficient.
And go into your collar bones.
I stop doing what's good for me.

I throw the relationship of balance.
By giving without limit.

And be present in your body.

Now to deepen the shift.

When you wake up in the morning,
Set the intention for the day.

Behaviors or actions that you could do to allow receiving love from every person you meet today could be asking for help,
Asking for a favor.
Sharing what you're going through.
Sharing your day with other people.

Whatever it is.
There are so many different things you could do.
So I'd like you to now think of.
What that behavior could be that you find difficult to do so far.
And try to do it consistently wholeheartedly for the next seven days.
But this is very important when you want to create a transformation,
You need to follow up the shift of the patterns with an action that is reflecting this.
And that's the one thing I would like you to do.
It seems to be for the community here,
Receiving love is not the easiest.
So let's.
Broaden or let's open our hearts together and experience more love in our lives by allowing that to come in,
