For you who have carried vows,
Rules and unspoken contracts for years or forever and now feel the pull to dissolve them even when these have shaped how you see yourself.
This transmission will not simply tell you to let go.
It will walk you through an energetic clearing that dissolves what is no longer yours,
Including the fear,
Guilt and shame you may hold for others when you choose your freedom.
It will help you reprogram your being to stand fully in what is yours and to trust that the Source and the Universe hold those around you just as surely as they hold you.
Let this transmission meet you exactly where you are and do come back to it as often as you need,
Especially in the moments when freedom feels too costly and you need to remember the gift it brings.

This is your space.
Nothing is asked of you except to be here with yourself.
This transmission is here to help dissolve what is no longer yours and to anchor the felt sense of freedom as your natural state.
You don't have to make anything happen.
Just breathe.
Allow.
Receive.
And let the words you are listening through your entire being move through you.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And a long,
Gentle breath out.
Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you.
The length of your spine.
The quiet rhythm of your breath.
Let your breath slow.

Until you can feel yourself here.
Safe.
Present.
Whole.
With your next inhale,
Imagine a golden white beam of light flowing down through the crown of your head,
Through your body,
Into the earth.
As it reaches deep below,
A clear,
Luminous shield of light forms around you.
Strong,
Protective,
And alive.
With your next breath,
It locks in place with a steady pulse in your chest,
Sealing your sovereignty,
Your safety,
And your truth.
This is your space.
Your field.
Your truth.
Nothing that is not aligned can enter here.
And here,
You are free to meet what is ready to dissolve.
You say you want to be free.
But are you ready to leave behind everything and everyone that freedom will no longer let you keep?
Are you ready to leave behind every part of yourself?
It will no longer let you be.
Real freedom asks for many things.
It asks you to let go of what is no longer yours to carry.
Even when you have carried it for years.
Even when it has shaped how you see yourself.
These weights can take many forms.
They may be vows you once made.
Roles you stepped into.
Or patterns you inherited without knowing.
They can sound like,
I must never let anyone down.
I must protect my loved ones at all cost.
Even if it means my death.
Even if it means my own well-being.
I must keep the peace at any cost.
I must hold it all together.
You may notice them in the way you say yes,
When you mean no.
In the way you stay silent to keep the peace.
In taking on what belongs to someone else.
Or letting others carry what is truly yours.
None of this means there is something wrong with you.
These are simply agreements,
Conscious or inherited,
That can be ended.
Freedom comes when you see these agreements clearly and allow them to dissolve.
And you are going to do that.
Now.
As you sit in the center of your heart,
Breathing calmly,
Call to your awareness the vows,
The roles,
The identities,
And the unspoken contracts you have carried that no longer belong to you.
Just call them forward.
You do not need to name them all.
Your body knows.
Your soul knows.
You don't need to analyze it.
Just hold it,
Or them,
Gently in your awareness.
Feel them rise to the surface.
See it,
Or them,
As threads in your hands.
Feel the waves.
Notice their shape.
Notice the texture.
Notice how it feels to hold them.
And now.
Let the fear,
Guilt,
Shame,
Or any other emotions you have carried for others through these agreements flow into the light as well.
The belief that others will not be able to handle what you have chosen to dissolve.
The belief that your freedom will harm them.
See the fear,
Guilt,
Shame,
Or any other emotions as threads in your hands.
Feel the weight.
Notice the texture.
And notice how you feel to hold them.
Right now.
Instead of holding on to your fear,
Shame,
Guilt,
Or any other emotions because you choose to reclaim your freedom.
You instead choose to trust others in their strength.
Their resilience.
Their path.
And you also choose to trust that the Source and the Universe hold them just as surely as they hold you.
You choose to dissolve these emotions that come up every time you reclaim your freedom.
You are not here to live in fear,
Guilt,
Or shame for them.
You are here to live in truth.
And to honor them enough to live in theirs.
Now.
You are going to let these threads dissolve.
The threads of your heavy feelings and your vows or agreements.
When you are ready place these threads into the golden white beam before you.
Watch them travel down into the Earth.
The Earth knows how to take them.
You don't need to push or pull.
You just need to let go.
With every breath these threads and bindings loosen.
With every exhale they dissolve in your body your mind your energy into the Earth.
Let them go knowing they are complete.
Feel your hands empty.
Feel your chest soften.
Feel your energetic field lighten.
Feel the space within you that opens when you are no longer holding them or any subtle threads they are connected to them.
Now feel the space that has opened.
As you sit or lie here know that this is more than listening.
With each breath you are letting these truths move into your bones into your muscles into your organs into your cells and into your energetic field.
You are allowing your being to rewire to reprogram to remember.
Change is already happening in your body your mind your heart and your spirit in ways you can feel now and in ways that will reveal themselves over time.
Breathe into this new space.
This is where your freedom lives where choice becomes clear where truth becomes natural where you no longer carry what is not yours anymore and stand fully in what is.
It may feel new tender or lighter than you expect.
It is safe to live here.
It is safe to choose your yes and your no from here.
To stand fully in what is yours and to let go of what is not yours anymore.
And as you live this way you honor the strength of those around you.
You allow them to carry what is theirs to rise in their own capacity.
Your authenticity becomes permission for theirs.
May the space you have opened today remain clear and steady.
May your freedom feel safe in your body.
And may you trust that every time you let go of what is not yours anymore you make more room for what is yours.
May you walk forward with the courage to live what you know now.
May your freedom be steady rooted and alive.
And may it ripple through every part of your being and into the lives of those around you.
