Welcome to this guided meditation on releasing anxiety.

My name is Joy and I will be leading your meditation today.

Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting or laying down.

And when you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Begin to relax your body,

Getting any last movements out of the way.

Relax your shoulders and jaw.

Scan your body for any tension you may be holding and release it.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Picture your energy body sitting or laying where you are now.

Look for a faucet sticking out of you.

This faucet holds in your anxiety.

If it is not flowing out anxiety,

Turn the knob till the anxiety begins to flow out of you.

Let your anxiety pour out.

When all the anxiety is out,

Look at your feet and find a hose.

This hose will fill your body with divine peace,

Connect it to your faucet.

Let divine peace flow into you,

Filling up your whole body.

Observe how you feel.

Rest in this peace now knowing you are safe,

That this time is blessed.

Let your anxiety pour out.

Let your anxiety pour out.

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Moving your fingers,

Opening your eyes.
