Welcome to this guided meditation for the Tutu Portal.

In this meditation,

We will call in divine protection around us,

Our families,

Our communities,

Our countries,

And the world.

My name is Joy Brown and I will guide you in today's meditation.

To begin,

Take a seat or lay down.

Keep your spine as straight as possible.

Wiggle around and get comfortable,

And then close your eyes.

To calm your body and mind,

Take deep breaths in through your nose,

Fill your chest with air,

Hold for four seconds at the top,

And then exhale out through your mouth in a big sigh.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

We call on Source now,

As divine light showers down on our bodies.

As it shines on you,

Feel into Source's unconditional love and protection.

Let it flow through you and around you.

Bring to mind your family.

See Source's divine light of unconditional love and protection over them.

Bring to mind now your community.

See Source's divine light of unconditional love and protection over it.

Now bring to mind your country.

See Source's divine light of unconditional love and protection over it.

See the Earth as a whole.

See Source's divine light of unconditional love and protection surrounding it.

Let the understanding of how we are all one come to you,

That we are all loved unconditionally,

And each a reflection and a piece of Source.

Let's come back now to our present moment,

To our bodies,

And slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
