Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to shut your mind off and to fall asleep easy at end of the day.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within.

Allow yourself to decide that it's time to go to sleep and ideally by end of this practice you will be asleep.

So continue to breathe and relax your physical body and realize you have done everything that needs to be done today.

There is no unfinished business and everything unfinished can wait till tomorrow.

Release and relax.

You've done your best and you deserve to celebrate with sleep.

As easy as you observe yourself to breathe.

Make sure to relax your eyes and soften your gaze.

Loosen your face,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

With inhalation you may open your chest gently and with exhalation release,

Let go.

Relax more and more into the present moment and simply observe and allow yourself to release.

Notice any thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations in the body and release with exhalation.

Simply observe and bring your attention to the pure place in your heart,

Reminding you how safe,

Loved,

Happy and fulfilled you are right here,

Right now.

So put your attention on your breath through your heart.

Simply surrender into the present moment.

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Nothing to think about as you simply be.

No need to resist the thoughts or think the thoughts.

Remember who you are.

Remember that you are in charge.

You guide your mind with unconditional love into the stillness.

So allow yourself to be.

Be thankfully present,

Knowing that you have done your best today.

Simply breathe.

As easy as allowing yourself to breathe,

It gets to be easy.

There's no limiting beliefs to override,

No thoughts to fight.

You are the person who falls asleep easy.

From now on,

Simply be as you remember who you are.

From pure place in your heart.
