Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this heart activation.
Relax your physical body,
Release any tension,
Use your breath.
You may exhale with a sound releasing any excess tension and whenever ready close your eyes and go straight to your heart.
You may even put your hands on top of your heart and allow yourself to feel the breath flow.
Physical senses,
Heartbeats,
Pulse,
Keep breathing through your heart.
Emotions,
Energy in motion,
Allow energy to flow.
Knowing that all positive,
Good emotion deserves to be appreciated and all negative,
Unpleasantly feeling emotion is appearing to disappear.
It's purifying your body so that later on you can experience more positive and also deserves to be let go and appreciated.
So allow yourself to feel and observe.
Observe your attention and with each breath gently bring it back to your heart.
Listen to your heart.
You may ask your heart what do you want?
What do you really want?
And listen.
Take your time to listen and feel.
Allow emotions to rise and fall.
Allow energy to flow and with each breath keep bringing your attention back to your heart.
Observing softly your connection with a pure place in your heart.

And every time you catch yourself,
Your mind drifting,
Thinking,
Focusing on something else,
Gently bring it back to your heart.
Each repetition makes you stronger and deepens your connection with your heart.
So appreciate each time you catch yourself off-guard,
Off-center and bring yourself back.
