liberation step-by-step by step foundation of this method is remembering who you are remembering who you are on a soul level remembering that a fact that you are alive means that you are connected with God with creation with universe with soul connected to infinite and unconditional law your existence is proof of this and allow yourself to take peace in this remembrance even if it is just mental next step is observation knowing that observing is safe knowing that you are divine origin you are so and nothing can impact your soul you're just observer so allow yourself to observe observe without needing to do anything and finally allow this technique works on allowing and doing nothing as you observe you're encouraged to do nothing just allow your body to move if it needs to move allow body to shake if it needs to shake allow tears to drop if you feel like crying allow yourself to do whatever needs to be done without doing anything also allow yourself to do nothing not reacting not saying anything not engaging with your thoughts just observe and actually allow yourself to just be doing nothing is allowing yourself to not forcing yourself neither doing or not doing it's pure allowing when you allow yourself naturally express whatever comes naturally and with ease it's stepping out of your own way and just observing and as you observe your success will largely depend on your ability to recognize fear for example fear of endless misery it's fear allow yourself to feel regardless of any fear of how this could happen fear of expressing anger again it's fear or fear of being too arrogant acknowledge the fear and know where you are in your observations let me introduce you to levels of energy as described by Friedrich Dotson let's pay attention to low levels of energy starting with guilt shame humiliation hatred if you feel any of these ones then allow yourself to move of any of above mentioned when you feel guilt it is a progress to move towards depression hopelessness despair and apathy it's better to have apathy than shame because energy is higher from despair it is welcome to allow yourself to feel grief sorrow and self-pity this is improvement and from grief it is welcome for you to feel fear worry and paranoia this is improvement over grief after fear you may allow yourself to feel cravings and neediness unfulfilled desires allow yourself to feel what is it that you feel like you miss and from needing allow yourself to feel anger aggression or coldness allow yourself to feel these emotions and after anger you're allowed to feel discontent feel like criticizing or complaining blame is also upgrade from anger allow yourself to feel these feelings and after blaming allow yourself to feel pride superiority or arrogance this is upgrade and once you feel stable in your pride and superiority allow yourself to feel content or nearly just bored these are neutral energies and welcome and no longer draining which is upgrade and after here the whole world of mid-level and high-level energies are opening up to you like fun optimism interest neutrality knowledge joy intuition creativity love and happiness these are all emotional states available to you right now however I do encourage you to allow yourself to gradually allow yourself to feel any state which is even slightly better than the one you observe right now so let's go into the practice find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice relax your physical body bring yourself at ease bring your attention to your breath breathe to your heart you may gently allow yourself to slow down your breathing and focus on exhalations bring yourself into ease with each exhalation and as you breathe and relax relax your body relax your mind close your eyes and go within it's safe allow yourself to feel remembering that you are soul observing human experience and nothing can impact your soul so allow yourself to feel allow to observe without need to resist or fight any feeling or emotion do nothing just observe allow yourself to breathe allow yourself to feel keep breathing to your heart and bring your attention into your body into your heart you may notice that your mind may wander and bring up with any kinds of stories images or ideas acknowledge these ideas these states and bring your attention gently back to observing your heart be present in your body and allow yourself to feel you may notice different fears appearing trying to protect you from something unlikely to happen something undesirable acknowledge the fear and love your fear accept it knowing it is just experience just observation you don't need to believe anything that appears in your mind just observe knowing you are safe do nothing just be and aim for higher and higher frequency through allowing yourself to feel and appreciate every single step moving upwards from guilt to despair to grief to fear to need to anger to blame to pride to contentment to fun kindness to neutrality intelligence joy and appreciation allow yourself to feel any of these and above be present to your heart be present to your feelings remember who you truly are so observing just feel you may stay here as long as you like and whenever ready open your eyes and have it magical
