Simply listen and decide what do you truly want?
What do you truly care about and you want more of?
Simply listen and decide what do you want to replace these thoughts with?
Something you care?
Something important?
Something you want more of?
Replace them right now.
Letting go of less important thoughts and putting in something you love,
Something you care about,
Something you appreciate.
So be thankfully present.
No guilt and shame,
No judgment for the old looping thoughts,
Whatever they were.
