Welcome to Magnetic Heart Meditation.

This flat belly meditation will help you to establish harmonious connection with your subconscious mind,

So that your hormones get regulated in a most loving and magical way to induce literally burning fat.

It will also help you to release past traumatic memories and feelings and allow energy to flow freely through your body,

Releasing need to hold on to the past in form of fat.

It will also establish loving connection with your body through talking and feeling and listening to it,

Resulting in your body responding with loving kindness and creating a flat belly you desire.

So let's get started.

Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.

Release any physical tension from your body.

Feel free to move,

Stretch,

Release any tension.

Check in with your lower back.

Feel free to forward bend,

Gently twist and turn and release any tension.

Open your chest,

Roll your shoulders and release any tension from your shoulders.

Feel free to massage your body,

Clap or do any other physical movement to release and find yourself at ease.

Move your neck,

Make sure your neck is free and relaxed.

Loosen your jaw,

Let it relax.

Relax your eyes and soften your gaze.

Relax your face and allow your face to be fully relaxed,

Maybe a small smile with a corner of your cheek.

Close your eyes and go within.

Put your hands on top of your heart and establish connection with your physical heart.

Feel the heartbeat.

Allow yourself to feel the physical sensations and as you feel,

Bring your attention to your breath.

And for remainder of this meditation,

Whenever you catch yourself,

Catch your mind wandering,

Bring your focus and attention back to your breath,

Back to your heart.

Feeling physical and emotional feelings and sensations flowing through your heart,

Through the pure place in your heart,

Always full of love,

Available to you right now.

So allow yourself to feel,

Allow yourself to feel,

Allow emotions to flow as you breathe through your heart.

Notice how each inhalation through your heart flows into your belly,

Maybe activating you,

Allowing you to focus more on the present moment.

And notice how each exhalation through your belly,

Through your heart,

Releases any tension,

Discomfort,

Unease from your body.

If any feeling or discomfort shows up throughout the meditation,

Feel free to use your breath to release and find yourself at ease.

Keep breathing and bring your attention back to the present moment,

Back to your heart and back to your breath.

And allow yourself to feel,

Allow yourself to feel safe in your mind,

In your body and with your feelings you observe.

Remember,

You are soul,

You are divine observer and you are not your body,

You observe the body,

You are not the mind,

You observe the mind and you are not the feelings,

You observe the feelings.

Yes,

You take care of the body,

But you are not the body.

So allow yourself to feel a sense of loving separation between you as an observer and observation,

The body,

Mind and heart.

Even though it's one,

Allow yourself to feel the separation.

This will be useful when any difficult and challenging emotions arise,

When challenging thoughts arise.

Allow you to ground yourself into knowing that you are just observer,

You are the creator of your reality,

You are love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment,

Regardless of appearances.

And as we go through process of creating and maintaining your belly flat,

As flat as you like it to be,

In the most healthy and loving expression you can imagine.

We want you to be healthy,

Sexy,

Loving,

Attractive.

Allow yourself to feel how you would feel when you had ideal belly,

You can have six pack if you want,

Or any other form and shape you find healthy and desirable.

Allow yourself to feel,

Allow yourself to imagine how would it feel to have the belly of your dreams as if you had it right now.

Allow yourself to connect deeply with the reality of you having your perfect belly,

Right here,

Right now.

And observe any emotion showing up as you focus on seeing,

Feeling and appreciating your perfect belly.

Any emotion that rises,

It appears to disappear.

And know that if limitations rise,

Like telling you that it's not available,

Imagination is difficult,

Or that you don't do it enough,

Good enough,

Then acknowledge these thoughts and feelings as appearing to disappear.

No need to identify with them,

Fight with them,

Argue with them,

Just love and accept them,

Knowing that you get to create your perfect belly right here,

Right now.

You are perfect as you are,

Therefore your belly is perfect as it is in your imagination,

And you can have anything you like in your imagination.

There's nothing stopping you from imagining exactly how you want to imagine yourself.

So allow yourself to go there,

Allow yourself to be in perfect harmony,

In alignment of feeling,

Seeing,

Sensing your perfect belly right now.

And as you see and feel,

Without judgment,

Your ideal belly,

Put your dominant hand on top of your belly.

You can put it on top of your skin,

Skin to skin.

Allow yourself to feel the belly,

Accepting it as it is.

Accept yourself as you are,

Perfect as you are.

Allow emotions to rise,

Allow emotions to appear to disappear.

If challenging emotions appear,

Let them flow.

That's your past appearing to disappear.

No need to guilt,

Shame,

Judge your past,

Your past decisions,

Even if those decisions happened just before the meditation.

They have no hold on you,

Nothing has hold on you.

You are free,

You are perfect,

Love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment,

Right here,

Right now.

Feel your heart,

Feel your belly,

Appreciate your belly.

Allow it to be as you want it to be.

See yourself with a flat belly,

Visualize yourself with flat belly.

Feel your dominant hand sliding across your belly,

And feel as if it was as you want it to be.

Appreciate,

Accept,

And tell your body what you want.

Focus on what you want,

Instead of what you don't want.

Focus on how it was perfect at some point,

How it will be perfect at some point,

And how it is perfect as it is right now.

And tell your body,

This is what I want,

This is the shape,

These are characteristics.

Communicate clearly your body,

Your desires.

Communicate to your body in a certain way,

How it would look,

Feel,

And sound like.

You can imagine other people complimenting you on your belly.

Wow,

You look amazing,

That's a really beautiful belly.

How did you do that?

How did you manage to get such a beautiful belly?

Feel free to hear any words of affirmations to allow you to experience your flat belly.

And ask your body,

Body,

This is what I want,

Can you get it for me?

And know that your body is your faithful servant.

Your body desires nothing more as to fulfill your desires.

So make sure you ask your body what you want,

Instead of what you don't want.

Focus on your ideal identity,

Person,

Who you are with your ideal flat belly.

And tell your body,

This is what you want.

And then ask your body,

Since your body is intelligent,

It can tell you what it needs,

What kind of support it may need.

Ask your body,

Ask your mind,

And ask your heart.

In turn,

Have a loving conversation with yourself.

And always ask,

What do I need to know to have flat belly?

What can I accept?

How can I love myself more to have flat belly?

And you might need to change something in your behavior,

Habits,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Or physically.

Welcome the change,

See it as part of you,

Your new you with a flat belly.

Maybe you see yourself with more energy.

Maybe you see yourself doing more of what you love.

Maybe you see yourself more active,

Eating more healthy,

Naturally,

And enjoying it.

Imagine the joy of eating healthy,

Having certainty of what to eat,

How to eat,

And enjoying the process.

Allow yourself to feel,

And allow your body,

Mind,

And heart to guide you from pure place in your heart.

Because as long as you stay connected with the pure place in your heart,

Information you receive is accurate,

It's trustworthy,

It's safe to implement.

So allow yourself to step into your new version,

Flat belly version of you.

Allow yourself to feel.

Allow emotions to release.

See yourself as ideal with your belly flat.

Notice how would you feel with the belly flat.

Allow yourself to feel that way now and after meditation.

The more you can embody the feeling of flat belly throughout your daily life,

Faster you will shift into this new reality of you being beautiful as you truly are,

Perfect as you are,

In more harmony with your desires of having flat belly.

And as you breathe through your heart into your belly,

Know that the more you regulate your nervous system,

The more you meditate,

The more you go through this meditation,

Easier it is for your body to give exactly what you want it to give,

Your ideal flat belly.

So allow yourself to repeat this meditation as often as you like.

And it will help you take the steps that you need to take to have your belly flat.

If you need to consult a specialist,

It will send you to a specialist.

If you need to have change of diet,

It will give you ideal diet.

If you need more exercise,

It will allow you to feel desire to move your body with ease,

Grace and flow and enjoy thoroughly.

Allow yourself to feel,

Allow yourself to be guided from pure place in your heart,

Guided to you having flat belly.

And know that you are safe to release any past feelings showing up.

They appear to disappear.

You are strong enough to face any fear and feeling from the past,

Allow it to appear to disappear.

And the more you release the past emotions holding on to memories,

Feelings,

The more you allow your belly to become more flat.

Because truly,

We humans have same amount of fat cells since our adulthood.

Since we become adults,

The number of fat cells doesn't change.

What changes is a shape and way our fat cells communicate with our body.

And for having excess belly fat,

What it truly means is not to have more fat cells,

Have the same fat cells as you had when you didn't have belly fat.

And you will have same fat cells when you don't have belly fat.

It's all about allowing a fat cell to release the water,

Emotion,

Energy and fat from your body.

Allow it to shrink and remain in more healthy shape.

Allow your body to take the shape you desire.

It is that simple.

Allow yourself to feel the frequency,

The energy,

The vibration,

How you feel with this energy released.

But you don't need to hold on to any energy to feel safe.

You don't need a buffer between you and the reality.

It's safe to release.

You don't need to hold on to the past memories.

Maybe something that might be considered traumatic or painful.

It's safe to release and forgive.

This doesn't mean to forget.

This means releasing emotional charge.

Not holding on to grudges,

Guilts and shames.

And allowing yourself to be perfect as you are.

Love.

Infinite love.

Through your heart into your belly.

So shower your belly with love.

Shower your love into your belly.

Feel the love in your body.

As you love and accept yourself.

Perfect as you are.

Love.

Happiness.

Peace.

Bliss.

Fulfillment.

Allow yourself to see yourself.

Perfect as you are.

Notice what you notice.

Notice how you move yourself.

How you think about yourself.

And how you feel about yourself.

With your ideal identity.

Ideal vision of yourself.

Ideally.

And as you observe and notice.

Allow yourself to embody and step into this reality.

Of you already having.

You already having.

Ideal belly you deserve.

Truly you do.

Allow yourself to be thankfully present.

To your breath.

To your heart.

To your belly.

And always bring back your mind and attention to what you want.

And whenever you catch your mind drifting into appearances.

Future imaginations.

Past worries.

Be thankful.

Acknowledge the present moment.

And be thankful for a gift.

Of having past appearing to disappear.

Be thankful and remind yourself of the vision you see of yourself.

See,

Feel and be with your belly flat.

Allowing this meditation to transform your belly fat into belly flat.

And as you stay here.

Feeling yourself.

Perfect as you are.

Loved.

Accepted.

Fully.

Cared for.

Safe.

Secure.
