Release any tension,
Discomfort from your body as you exhale.
You may sigh,
Move or shake and bring your attention back to your heart of unconditional love.
And just remembering is enough.
Just putting your attention on your heart and bringing your attention back to your heart To your physical,
Emotional and spiritual heart.
Allow yourself to feel.
And as you observe,
Ask your heart.
