Keep bringing your awareness back to your heart and allow yourself to feel.

Any feeling is welcome as you understand that all emotions are energy in motion.
Let transitory states allow them to flow.

Allow them to be without fearing and guilting yourself for feeling them.
There's no fear in feeling fear.
