Welcome and thank you for joining me for this guided meditation.
Allow your eyes to soften or close.
Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale fully.
With each breath imagine you're tuning in.
Like adjusting a dial on a radio.
You're not searching.
You're not forcing.
Simply aligning yourself with your own natural frequency.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Now imagine yourself standing in a wide open space.
It may be a quiet meadow.
A shoreline at dawn.
A warm soft lit room.
This space feels safe.
It's grounded.
It's unrushed.
This is your space.
You own this space.
You take up this space.
Everything about this space has something about you.
Notice the ground beneath your feet.
Feel it's steadiness.
It's support.
With each and every exhale feel your body settling even more.
Deeply into this space.
Breath.
As you breathe imagine a gentle current of air moving through you.
Entering through the crown of your head and slowly flowing down the tips of your toes.
This current of air holds clarity.
It carries alignment.
As you exhale imagine anything heavy or unspoken flowing through you.
Like mist dissolving into air.
You do not need to hold onto what no longer belongs to you.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space.
Just start to visualize a soft glowing light the center of your chest.
Imagine what this color would feel like.
Is it warm?
Is it gold?
Is it rose?
Whatever feels right to you.
With each inhale see this light gently expanding every direction.
Taking up space.
With each exhale feel it soften your chest,
Your shoulders and your breath.
The light is your truth.
It's steady.
It's quiet.
It's clear and it has confidence.
It knows.
You can trust this light.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Notice how this light responds when you listen.
It grows brighter when you honor it's knowing.
It dims slightly when something is ignored or pushed down.
There is no judgment here.
This is only information.
You can start to imagine that this light begins to move.
Blowing from your heart into your throat.
As it reaches your throat you feel a sense of openness,
Spaciousness and permission.
This light is a place where truth is expressed.
Every time the truth is not spoken this energy lingers here or sinks back into the body.
But today,
Yeah today you are allowing it to move.
Breathe into it gently.
Inhale creating spaciousness.
Exhale releasing what was held for so long.
And just start to visualize this light continuing it's path downwards towards your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs.
And anywhere where you have been holding tension,
Hesitation or unspoken truth.
This light brings warmth and release.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Now imagine a pathway unfolding in front of you.
It starts to light up.
It feels calm,
Clear,
Unrushed.
A beautiful pathway.
This pathway represents your life moving forward in alignment.
You do not need to see the entire path.
You just take one step at a time.
As you inhale your life,
You feel yourself being guided.
As you exhale let go of the need to test or second guess what you already know.
Notice how your body feels when you follow this path.
More spacious.
More ready.
More at ease.
This is a sensation of being in tune with yourself.
Silently affirm letting the images support the words.
I trust my inner knowing.
I am guided.
When I speak my truth,
My body softens.
Feel the body respond to these truths.
And just remain here for several breaths.
Let the image fade naturally.
While the feeling stays.
And just know this.
Your body is not working against you.
It is guiding you.
When you listen,
Alignment returns.
When you speak your truth,
Healing happens.
Begin to gently return.
Bring awareness back to your breath.
To your body.
To this moment.
Carry on tuning in.
This is clarity.
This is inner guidance with you.
You can return to this space at any time.
Just by breathing.
By listening.
By trusting what you already know.
