You can start by drawing in inner peace to your heart center now.
Feel the motion of joy,
Love and peace.
We will start with a nice relaxing body scan.
So when you're ready,
You can go ahead and place your attention on your right big toe.
Your second toe,
Your third toe,
Your fourth toe,
Your fifth toe.
Top of the foot,
Sole of the foot,
Ankle,
Shin,
Calf,
Knee,
Thigh,
Hip,
Right side body,
Armpit,
Shoulder,
Upper arm,
Forearm,
Wrist,
Right thumb,
Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky finger,
The whole right side of the body.
Now draw your attention to the top of your head,
Right eyebrow,
Right eye,
Right ear.
Now draw your attention to your left big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe.
Top of the foot,
Sole of the foot,
Ankle,
Shin,
Calf,
Knee,
Thigh,
Hip,
Left side body,
Armpit,
Shoulder,
Upper arm,
Forearm,
Wrist,
Left thumb,
Left index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky finger.
Now draw your attention to the top of your head,
Left eyebrow,
Left eye,
Left ear,
Your whole head,
Your neck,
Your whole chest,
Your torso,
Top of the head,
Back of the head,
Back of the neck,
Shoulder blades,
Middle back,
Lower back,
And glutes.
Take a nice deep breath in and let it out.
Just relax down now.
Just follow my voice and listen to my words as you relax even deeper.
Feel the tuck as you relax even deeper.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just let yourself drift.
Just letting go,
Breathing in and out.
Allow the feeling of the elevated emotion of joy into your heart space now.
Breathe it in through your nose.
See it flow down your throat and fill up into your heart space.
Just follow my voice as your whole body softens,
As this liquid white light of joy emanates from your heart space now.
Repairing,
Regenerating,
And restoring.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Allow your whole body to relax down now.
Allow your mind and body to relax.
It just feels so good to relax down now.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now allow the elevated emotion of love to enter into your heart space now.
Feel this blissful white light of love flow directly into your heart space.
See it emanating from your heart space.
Feel the white glowing.
It just feels so good to relax now.
It just feels so good to flow into a state of relaxation.
Allow yourself to follow that tuck and relax now.
Really letting go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Knowing that the deeper relaxed you go,
The better you feel.
And the better you feel,
The deeper relaxed you go.
So just relax down now.
So just feel the tuck and follow it down now.
Feeling calm and comfortable,
Safe and serene.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just let your thoughts drift.
Just let your mind go blank as your whole body is relaxing now.
Just let your muscles go loose and limp.
Each breath you exhale,
You send yourself deeper.
Each breath you inhale,
You send yourself deeper.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now allow yourself to feel that elevated emotion of peace to flow down now.
Breathing up into your heart space.
Feel the elevated emotion of peace in your heart space.
Visualizing,
Emanating and expanding from your heart space now.
Just follow my voice and listen to my words as the liquid blissful white light of peace flows into your heart space.
See your heart glowing with peace now.
Because it just feels so good.
Just drift.
Just letting go now.
Let your whole body relax.
It just feels so good to give in to relaxation.
Going deeper and deeper.
Breathing in and breathing out.
See yourself lying or sitting down now in the room or place that you begin.
Visualize the room that you are in and let these emotions,
These higher emotions of joy,
Love and peace flow through you now.
Pouring out into the room.
Because you have an infinite amount of this loving source energy.
You have a never ending supply.
So simply allow it to flow through you into the room that you are in.
Now imagine it all around the outside of your house.
See it pouring into your neighborhood.
Now see it pouring into your city or village.
Now into your province or state.
Now see this loving source of energy encompassing the entire planet earth.
Notice now everyone is in a state of coherence and we are coherently working together as one.
Each time you breathe in,
Feel the planet in a state of joy with all living organisms on this planet.
Each time you breathe out,
Continue to see the planet in a state of joy with all life.
Each time you breathe in,
Feel the planet in a state of love with all organisms.
Each time you breathe out,
Continue to feel the planet in a state of love with all life.
Each time you breathe in,
Feel the planet in a state of peace with all living organisms on this planet.
Each time you breathe out,
Continue to see the planet in a state of peace with all living life on this planet.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And in a moment,
I'm going to count five down to one.
And when I reach one,
You will open your eyes and bring yourself back into the room.
And here we go.

Feel refreshed in a state of peace and calm.
