Hello,
Good morning.
Thank you so much for joining me for your abundance morning meditation.
We can begin by doing a three part Valoma segment breathing technique.
So what you do is you breathe into your stomach,
Your abdomen,
Your chest,
Take in one sip of air and then you release.
So let us practice this breath.
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the abdomen,
Filling up through the chest.
Take one more sip of air and we'll release with a sigh.
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the stomach,
Breathing into the chest.
Take in one more sip of air and release with a psychological sigh.
Be as loud as you want and feel silly if you have to.
We'll do one more breath like this,
But this time we'll breathe into the belly,
We'll breathe into the abdomen,
Breathing into the chest.
Take one more sip of air,
Hold at the top and release and let all go.
Allow yourself to smile here as this is an occasion for play,
An occasion for taking the time to be creative and release any and all tensions that are in the body.
Okay but seriously,
Let's do one more breath.
So breathing into the belly,
Breathing into the back ribs,
Breathing into the chest and the collar bones.
Take one more sip of air,
Hold at the top and release completely.
Allow yourself to smile here,
Being like a child.
No judgment,
Just play and just drawing your awareness in words as we focus the breath on drawing in more wealth and super abundance,
A plethora of richness and a cornucopia of wealth into our lives.
Take a nice deep inhale and think of one thing that you may be grateful for as you exhale.
Maybe you're grateful for your parents,
Your family,
Your friends,
Having gratitude for a sense of light.
You feel lightness in your chest and in your body.
There's light all around you,
The energy of light.
Maybe you have a gratitude for your senses,
The ability to see and see all the magical colors of life,
The ability to hear,
Hear sound,
The sound of this meditation,
The sound of nature,
The sound of a harmonious voice.
Taste,
Taste of the sweetness of fruits or the saltiness of seawater,
Sourness of pickles or the bitterness,
Spiciness and speech.
Being able to speak and express yourself,
Allowing yourself to have this outlet.
Maybe you're grateful for your body and all your healthy organs,
For your heart,
Pumping blood to every part of your body ever since you were born.
Without a heart,
You would not be here.
It's where you hold your compassion,
Grateful for your lungs,
The ability to take in breath and breathe and live so effortlessly,
Just breathing,
Being grateful to breathe.
Here's one,
Grateful for your immune system,
Constantly fighting viruses and taking care of your body,
Keeping you on track,
Balance and health so that you can do the things that you love to do.
Your hands,
Dexterity,
Touch loved ones,
Your legs,
Let you walk,
To run,
Swim,
To play,
To love,
To sit,
Your mind,
The ability to think,
To store memories,
To create new solutions,
Your overall good health,
Enabling you to do what it is that you want to do in your life and in your future.
Your teachers,
All the teachers before and all the teachers after,
Dedicating their time and passing down their knowledge to you.
Simple things like tears,
Crying,
Allowing yourself to express your deepest emotions,
Even if those emotions are quote unquote negative emotions,
The duality,
Polarity,
The positive and the negative,
Like disappointment,
Fears,
Pain,
Sadness,
We can all appreciate those emotions because they give you the opportunity for growth and expansion.
But then there's happiness,
There's joy,
There's enthusiasm,
There's love,
For you to soak in all the beauty of life.
Having gratefulness for this planet,
The sun,
The moon,
The stars,
The rise and sun of the moon and the stars,
Gratitude for the sun,
For bringing light and beauty into this world.
And for the moon and the stars,
Brightening up our skies,
Appreciating all the elements,
Rain,
Snow,
Rainbows,
Oxygen,
The earth,
Mother nature,
The animals,
So much to be grateful for.
Especially the earth,
Creating this environment for us to even have life where life began.
Grateful for mother nature,
For choosing to cover our world in such beauty.
And the animals,
Adding diversity to our lives.
There's so much to be grateful for.
Each and every one of these examples of gratitude.
I hope you can find one of them that resonates with you.
And each and every time you choose gratitude,
You naturally accept abundance as your birthright in your life.
You are a divine creator and through choice and intention,
You're capable of having optimal abundance in every experience.
Just allow ample abundance of each and every single breath that you inhale and you exhale.
Just notice evidence of your abundant thoughts reflected in all of your surroundings.
I'll just take a moment here as we quietly sit,
Allowing my words to reverberate up through your body,
Each and every cell,
Feeling the magnitude.
All of these positive thoughts and feelings and appreciation.
And always just ask yourself,
Am I making a positive contribution for my future self?
And if you're not,
Whatever that choice is that you are about to make,
It is not self-serving.
Okay,
Let us sit,
Relax and meditate.
Take as long as you need.
Take that as such.
