We'll just begin by closing your eyes,
Take a nice slow deep breath in,
And exhale completely.
Take another breath like this,
And exhale.
Let's get intentional.
We can start off by drawing our awareness to the space in between our brows.
This is the brow center,
Your sixth chakra,
The seat of your intuition.
And just start to visualize a beautiful indigo,
Swirling,
Bright light,
Spinning there.
Take another slow deep breath in,
And exhale completely.
Now we will start to visualize the life that you want to live,
And the person who you want to be.
Before we start diving into that,
We want to create a new space of clarity,
And a sense of direction.
Take a nice slow deep breath in,
And exhale completely.
As we focus and draw our awareness to our brow center,
We optimize this space,
Gaining more and more clarity.
Becoming more and more insightful,
Feeling a sense of direction.
We'll just take a few more minutes here,
As we make this beautiful shining indigo light brighter and brighter.
And again,
Just drawing our gaze inwards.
And we can just start to visualize the life that you want to live,
And the person who you want to be.
You have all the power that you need to create a strong personal vision that will guide you,
And this is your priority now.
So just stay here as long as you need,
And just visualize how does the life that you want to live look like,
And who is the person that you want to be.
And again,
Do this for yourself,
What you truly want,
Not what societal norms,
Expectations that put on you.
What does your authentic self want?
Take a nice slow deep breath in,
And exhale.
Continue breathing like this,
While I read these affirmations.
My sixth chakra is open to its perfect and healthy state.
My personal vision guides me.
My thoughts are peaceful and clear.
I open my heart to my spiritual truth,
And a deeper connection with spirit guidance and inspiration comes freely and easily to me now.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
With this one,
Imagine dark clouds and smudges all over your body.
And as you breathe in,
You start to release the fear and the resilience.
And as you breathe out,
You fully release the fear and move forward with courage and trust.
I have the power to direct my own destiny,
Now and always.
Take a fully deep breath in,

And just start to create some clear and powerful intentions regarding your new choices.
And let yourself move forward with purpose and personal power.

Make sure to take daily action,
This will move you closer to your goals.
Be flexible yet persistent and ever conscious of your ability to act on your own behalf.
Breathing in,

And last but not least,
Know that you are responsible for your own life.
And you take actions towards your own goals,
And make your own happiness each and every day.

And release completely.
You can start to bring your awareness back to your body.
Feel the sensations of whatever surface that you may be sitting on or laying on.
And when you're ready,
You can bring yourself back into the space.
Start to wingle your fingers and your toes,
And bring your eyes open.
