Hello you beautiful souls!

This is coming live straight from the middle of the universe,

Canmore,

Alberta.

My name is Aspen C and I'm here with you to guide you through an alternate nostril breathing technique.

This breathing technique is great for interviews,

For upcoming exams,

Anytime that you need to center and calm your mind.

You may come to an interview or an exam and you just freeze or lock up.

This technique before going in is going to help you center yourself.

So you can go ahead and take a nice deep inhale and exhale completely letting all the air out.

Inhale going inwards.

Exhale completely letting all the air out.

This time draw your thumb and your ring finger together.

Have those pads together touching and then place your index finger on the right nostril and breathe in through the left.

And with your pinky block the left nostril and breathe out through your right.

Breathe in through your right nostril.

Breathe out through your left.

Breathing in through the left nostril.

Take a nice deep inhale,

Letting all the air fill up your lungs.

Hold at the top.

Release.

You should feel calm,

Peace.

Let's just let that reverberate in the body.

Feel a peace from this practice.

And hopefully that helps to calm you down for that upcoming exam,

That interview,

Or maybe that next date that you're going on.

From my heart to yours,

Always,

Namaste.
