Hello everyone,
Thank you so much for joining me during this guided meditation.
This one is specific for weight loss and we will just begin by grounding down.
Just find yourself a nice quiet space where you won't be disturbed for some time.
You can lay down,
You can sit,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you and just start off by taking a slow deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Again,
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
With each and every breath,
Notice your body beginning to slow down,
Your shoulders start to relax,
Your jaw unclenches,
The muscles in your stomach and your hips loosen.
You are safe and supported and exactly where you are meant to be.
Just breathe naturally,
Allow a calm wave of energy,
A soothing wave from the top of your head and just watch and notice how it trickles down your neck,
Into your shoulders,
Into your chest,
Making its way down your back,
Along the lengths of your arms,
Soothing your belly,
Releasing tension in your legs and making its way all the way down to the soles of your feet.
With each and every breath you take,
You feel deeper and deeper into peace,
Peaceful awareness of your body,
Your mind becomes quiet and open,
Like still water reflecting soft light.
Take a nice slow deep breath in and exhale completely.
Now bring your attention gently towards your body,
This beautiful vessel who has carried you throughout your life,
Every change,
Every emotion,
Every lesson.
Feel how loyal your body has been to you,
Even the weight it holds has been an act of protection,
A way your body learned to keep you safe and comfort you,
To ground you when life was too heavy.
Take a nice slow deep breath in and exhale completely.
You don't need to protect me anymore,
I am safe now,
I am ready to release.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
As you say this,
Feel your body respond like a deep exhale of relief,
Like your cells are remembering how it feels to be light again.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And you just feel so good now,
You just feel so relaxed and at ease,
From this calm open space,
Allow these words to sink in,
Not as thoughts,
But as new truths forming inside you.
My body knows how to come back into balance,
I trust my body's wisdom,
I am ready to let go of what no longer serves me,
Physically,
Emotionally and energetically,
I nourish myself with what feels alive and light,
I move in ways that feel joyful and free,
Each and every day my body grows stronger,
Clearer and more aligned with my true essence.
And just feel these words ripple through you,
Feeling so good,
Feeling so light,
Settling into your subconscious like seeds of new beliefs.
And inhale,
Breathing in through your nose.
And exhale completely.
Now imagine yourself standing in a field of golden light,
The air feels pure and bright,
You can feel the warmth touching your skin,
Each ray is melting away old heaviness,
Old patterns.
And you just feel lighter and brighter with each and every breath,
Not just in the body,
But in your energy,
You can feel your cells awaken,
Your digestion is balancing,
Your energy feels lifting,
Your body begins to remember how to let go,
How to release what no longer it needs,
And how to hold only with what nourishes your vitality,
And you just move with ease,
You eat with awareness,
You trust your body again and again,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Bringing your awareness to your heart space.
And as you do,
Whisper softly,
I am light,
I am free,
I am harmony with my body,
My energy and my spirit.
Notice how your body feels,
Peaceful,
Grounded,
Maybe even a little bit luminous,
You've reminded your subconscious that change doesn't come with force,
It comes with safety,
With trust and allowing.
When you're ready,
You can bring your attention back to the room or the place that you started,
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And just allow the light to filter in as you start to open your eyes,
Bring yourself back into the awareness.
