Poems - an introduction, an offering and an invitation.
This is my attempt at sharing and coming to the forefront to share and extend my hand to give as well as receive--an experience of our shared humanity.

Dear friends,

I'm not a meditation teacher,

But a meditator like some of you.

But above all,

I'm a student of humanity,

Wanting to know about the commonness that runs like a thread through all of us.

I'm a scientist,

Observer,

And experimenter who often uses my own thought laboratory to process things as they are presented to me or as they appear to me.

I use poems as a way of expressing the many emotions that I get to reflect off and to also name emotions that are still murmuring under my consciousness.

Words offer me the degree of freedom that I always seek to live in.

I use words and arrange them in a bouquet of poems.

Some may turn out to be perfectly able to express some I love for their imperfections,

But in any case,

I want to offer this garland of poems to see if they stir up things within you that you might like to further explore,

Reflect,

Or maybe use as a springboard to write your own poems.
