A love song, a very personal and a culminating experience for me. Influenced by Sufi mysticism, this experience is a common and universal spiritual cognition. Its purpose is to abolish anything that is harsh and dissonant in us. May you feel the same, Aru

A love song.

So fused with your love I vibrate with your scintillating frequency and I come out fresh after a shower from your running stream.

The house of illusion breaks down,

You and I become one.

I dwell as much in that leaf and in this flower as much as I in my body.

I just let myself be and my eyes naturally brim with compassion.

I leave the driver's seat for you,

For you my lover are my guide,

My companion,

My soulmate.

You reside in the pupil of my eye,

For when I close my eyes I see you.

Your silent murmurings stir my heart as it beckons me to the garden bench where we've often sat.

My lover,

You have a way to reach me.

I hear your laughter in the waterfall as it leaps into the stream.

Your warm touch still makes my feet tingle as it did that day when we walked the beach.

People call you by many names,

I call you my lover.

How can I confine somebody as abundant and without limits in the confines of a name?

I call you my lover as love is what you instill in me,

For loved is how I feel in your embrace.

A longing for love is what brought me close to you.

Though I looked here and there,

In this and that,

And in something more,

The truth is that you had always been standing at my door.

You are abundance,

Abundance of life itself.

How can I betray the promise you already made to me?

Though you let what could happen,

Happen,

I know your secret desires.

How else could it be,

Without your favor,

That wounds heal rather than fester,

And that we are originally good?

I looked up into the sky and find you in the rainbow.

So please,

Call death by any other name.

For me,

It is the other end of the rainbow slide.

Aaruh.

Dear friends,

I wrote this poem to express my longing and love for the eternal within each one of us,

All around us,

And which is part of us.

Stay blessed.

Aaruh.
