This healing practice will help you wash away your stress, anxiety, and anger. It is designed to help us identify the heavy situations and emotions that are causing us to feel sadness, anger, loneliness, frustation and any other "negative" emotion (there are no negative emotions) we may be feeling. Through this relaxation, we will work to let go and bring in peace, compassion and forgiveness for both self and others. We will connect to our higher selves and feel the peace of letting go.
