The world around you doesn't exist right now.

I want you to see yourself in a large bathtub filled with warm water.
Maybe there's bubbles.
Maybe oils.
What do you smell?
Is it lavender?
Breathe it in.
As you lie in the bath,
Know that you are safe and protected.
Know that you are allowed to take this time to relax.
You are allowed to put everything on hold.
You are allowed to feel peace.
The more peace you feel,
The less room there is for your anxiety.
As you continue to take deep breaths and exhale slowly,
Imagine you are breathing in your peace and exhaling your anxiety.
Soon there will be no more anxiety left,
Only peace.
It's very peaceful in the bath,
Isn't it?
Feel the peace.
Let it fill you.
Don't forget to keep your deep,
Gentle breaths.

Imagine the warm water gently lapping up your neck.
